Talk about a great dealership. Sales team is so considerate and helpful. They are a bunch of just normal people that enjoy their jobs. You can tell that the sales staff as a whole get along and are not afraid to assist anyone. Service is great at getting me in last minute on oil changes and other work. If they can't get me in immediately, they will go the extra mile to get me into a loaner so I can just leave my vehicle there. Highly recommended. read more

I purchased a used GMC Denali from Snyder Buick/Cadillac/GMC yesterday, and I love the vehicle. The management and sales staff were professional, personable and that sold me on this dealership and the product they offer. For me, it was worth the nearly three hour drive south in January to get there. Bought 2 cars from them. First time they were nice, took care of us and when the car had few minor issues took care of them no questions asked(used even). I am buying a truck and only reason I didn't walk out is because it had low miles. Salesman was OK but the guy running the place isn't. Wouldn't take a dollar off. Won't even fill the completely empty tank with gas even paying the asking price after 3 times of trying to get them down. 10 gallons of gas and they said they would touch up the scratches.... And he didn't even want to do that and they won't even do it the right way sanding to smooth and re-clear... Only slap little pair in them.. And put 10 gallons in.. Zero service or appreciation.. That guy seemed so arrogant that we should be privileged the be there. Repeated pulled the typical salesman BS. Doubt I will ever go back. Sad that the other near by Chevy place is worse yet. read more

Snyder Buick GMC It is with great sadness that we feel the need to write this review. We purchased a used 2017 Ford Expedition from here roughly 90 days ago. The dealership purchases these vehicles through Enterprise. While we were happy with our experience at the dealership we experienced mechanical problems shortly after purchasing the vehicle. The rear differential failed leaving us without a vehicle that we just purchased. We purchased a third party warranty who reluctantly covered a portion of the repair. We have been without a vehicle for approximately 10 days. We called and talked to the dealer ship and asked them to cover $246.79 worth of the repair leaving our total to be $275.00. The warranty company picked up the other $1100.00. We thought a good dealership would step up to the plate and help out giving the situation. We called three days in a row only to never receive a call back from the dealership and when we got in touch with them finally they told us we were on our own that their accounting department couldn't help out. We weren't asking for much in our opinion on a $35,000.00 used SUV. This shows the true integrity of Snyder Buick GMC and we would not recommend purchasing any used vehicles from them. This so easily would have been a 5 star rating. My Sales rep was very helpful and the team worked VERY hard to help me explore options, find the vehicle I wanted, and then do a dealer trade to acquire it. All the way through the entire purchase everything was easy, numbers were clear. No issues, no complaints. Perfect. BUT, when the dealer trade occurred $300 was added to the net price. I was never told that a swap cost $300 either before it was made or after. The number was buried without comment or explanation into the price. I do understand that the swap costs money and that you have the right to charge for it. HOWEVER, the cost should be disclosed prior and failing that it certainly needs to be discussed before adding it to the purchase price. This was entirely hidden and meant to be hidden. For that alone you get a 2. Even though I have never paid for a swap before, if you had disclosed it I would've paid it just because of the great service I was getting during the purchase and I know the team had to work to find exactly what I was looking for. The way it was included was inexcusable. read more
