I only had to wait FIVE minutes to be helped, and when he had evaluated my car and said it was just the heat messing with an old car, he even topped off my transmission fluid, because he could tell it was low! For a "broke college kid", Earl Bros is a lifesaver. Even out-of-towners are treated like family, and to me that was everything. Give them your business!!!!

When it got to the next shop, I opened the hood and it looked like they never worked on it. The computer and a bunch of wires were laying on top the battery. The shop i took it too said it is badly disassembled and they cannot fix a mess they didn't create. Earl brothers didn't charge me, but I spent two hundered bucks towing it and wasted another two weeks.

About 30 minutes later more workers came in and one of them walked up to me and asked for my key. There was no discussion of what type of oil change (ex. synthetic, etc) or pricing. Approximately 10 minutes later he asked for all my info (name, address, phone#, email) and gave a price-indicating they were finished with the oil change. I asked if the Yelp check-in coupon could be used, but he stated they already changed the oil with all synthetic and the coupon was for half-and-half. I didn't feel he was being rude in any way, I just wish there was more dialog and that I had a choice. Overall, it was a decent straight-no chaser experience.

WRONG!!! They looked at me as a dumb girl but I am smart enough to know when they haven't been changed. Then tech. was in such a hurry didn't bother to set it back. This is my fault I trusted them. Turned out I needed wheel bearing also and I agreed to have it done. So I am bad. I did get quote from a garage so it is my fault. Parts and all just shy of $300. But I thought I was being loyal. Total bill was $740.22 now remember oil change that was 1/2 done was $59.95. Then you should never give parts person a part # for $222.58 for wheel bearing when cost is $113. and don't tell me it was genuine GM part #. SK is SK.
