It's great to walk into a business and be greeted like a friend. Every time I go here I'm greeted…read moreas if they're expecting me (even if I stop in completely unannounced) and are always eager to help. Brandon is super polite and Ethan is always able to answer my technical questions without making me feel dumb for asking them. I always get the impression that they care about me as a customer and want me to have a good experience. Most dealerships make me feel like im just a cog in the machine and would rather just start replacing parts on my vehicle rather than take the time to figure out what's ACTUALLY wrong and point me in the right direction. Not Estle. They give a hoot.

I purchased a 2012 CTS Premium via internet and phone, first the car was priced $1000 over top…read moremarket value - which I was okay with assuming the car is trouble free. The salesman Devon assured me it was and I am coning from over 4 hours away. Devon said there is no warranty, but if any issues are found they will take care of me. I also asked Devon to drive it to be sure, he said it drives great and passed their "point inspection" I drove 4 hours with my wife to get the car, paid cash and it was very beautiful as pictured, Devon was not working. Upon driving home at speed, I noticed the rotors were warped (I did test drive but only at slow speed). Then almost arriving home it loses power steering and service light comes on. After researching myself its common for the alternator to get weak and trigger the electronic assist power steering. I check voltage and the alternator was low as suspected 11.9-12.6 running. I alerted the dealer that day - I said I can take it to a Cadillac dealer, a local tech or save them money and can replace myself - if they wish they can send me the parts (Alternator and rotors). The response from Devon was (Do not take it to a dealer, they will over charge you! - coming from another Cadillac dealer - neat). Then said, "get it checked out, or replace the parts and we will see what we can do". I replaced rotors and alternator myself, sent picture of the pitted and stressed cracked rotors and the new parts on the car and in progress. I sent the receipt for parts from Autozone ($416). I get a voicemail back from Devon saying they will send a check for $250 and that is all they will do. I leave messages to Devon and sales manager Todd Bartley with no response saying that is not acceptable - I will need to fix all of these issues to pass Pennsylvania inspection in addition to the chipped/cracked windshield that I did not even claim and had repaired myself. When on my search to find the right car that I wanted - I decided to buy from a large Cadillac dealer to not have this issue assuming I could trust them, they would stand behind their sale and quality of sale. What angers me is that I was not being unreasonable at all and trying to give best solution with least cost to them - I took the time to researched the issues, fixed the car myself to not cause cost overages to them. I paid $1000 over MAX market value, which I am willing and did do, but with the assumption I am getting a car worth that and a car with no issues. It was very unprofessional that they could not give the extra $166 to make me whole for the issues the car had???? Unreal! I left the conversation thinking: if they cover what is right, they will gain a customer for life, but to be petty and not even cover the full $416 for parts with me absorbing all of the work and time and offering to take it anywhere they wanted to validate the concerns. At this point, no, they lost me. I should have read the reviews first before buying. I understand as a business they must make a profit and had a margin they needed to make; however, they did not do their due diligence when accepting the vehicle on trade as it was traded in with these issues for certain. I would also be interested to see their "Point inspection". I love the car, but right is right and this is not that. If they wish to do the right thing and cover the petty $166 I will reverse this and not contact BBB next. Especially being I made this sale for them seamless and efficient, I cost the salesman no more than 15 minutes of his time with 2 phone calls and 1 email, we drove 4.1 hours to and paid cash on sight, was gone in 20 minutes after arrival for another 4.1 hour drive home in 2 vehicles on the promise that the vehicle needed nothing and was near perfect. I will also add that they were adamant I showed proof of funds prior to arrival - I kept my promises, now keep yours.

My experience was horrendous with mark ( all I want is your money and I don't care if you crash and…read moredie) Moat. I took my teenage daughter to buy a car. The salesman and owner seemed nice and even nicer when I had cash and became even nicer when they found out I served in the military for over 22 years. I told them I be fine with a car that had some issue. As long as they told me the problems, because I would have it repaired. They told me that the car they were selling me was in good shape, safe and the owners took great care of it !!!!!!. Fast forward two months and a creditable dealership looking at we found out the car was a death trap. Timing cover, engine oil pan, subframe and sway bars and struts. I called the dealership and the owner told me at least you got a couple thousand miles out of it. Didn't ask if my daughter was ok and offer any help. This people are dirt bags, they put on the sweetness to sell me the car, talking about how they love there veterans and they take care of them. I wouldn't recommend these people they have no pride in self of fellow American veterans.

I actually contacted Mr. Moats himself to hopefully get some resolve and he doesn't even call me back. I'm so glad he was "gonna go down to service and find out what's going on". Going to buy a car but not there.
