He gives accurate time estimates, is always upfront if a job is going to take a while, and double checks for company coupons to help keep your cost as low as possible. Whenever something unexpected comes up while getting my car serviced he calls and tries to get the new issue addressed at the same time. I had a time schedule for Thursday to get my cigarette lighter checked. Got a call Thursday morning to reschedule it to Friday, no biggy. I bring it by at 3:30 when I had it scheduled to get checked out and see what was wrong with it. They told me they would get on it and never did. I stepped outside to take a phone call and 15 minutes later I come back in for them to tell me the tech left and they thought I was leaving my car there when I never said I was. I had an appointment at 3:30 I expect to be looked at at 3:30 not the next day. If you can't fit it in that day let me know don't just not tell me. This is genuinely the best place I've been for my car. My oil pan was rusted amongst other things. My car is almost going on 300,000 miles and there is never rude remarks about how messed up my car is and there is no shame in not knowing anything about cars. They explain everything to me when asked and are very helpful and the estimates are amazing. Whoever is at the front desk 9/3/24 they are amazing! So kind and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back!! Took my vehicle in for early bird drop off. Be in mind that my car is registered to this company system due for the lifetime alignment. day 1 called to ensure my van was checked in and was advised that I will not get worked on till the following day. plus I have confirmed the phone number to contact me day 2 no follow up from the company, I personally called to check then was told it will be done by the end of the day. Once I arrived to the place, talked to a respentative then gave me the run around that he couldn't read my writing for my phone # (mind you my car should be in the system and I called prior day and confirmed my information) then was told they were under staffed and cause I didn't have an appointment that it was first come first serve. I mean why couldn't have told me this the first day I dropped off my van. was pretty upset that the personal lied and was just rude. I don't recommend this place. I've taken my business to tireman and had no problems. they communicated with me in a timely matter and even told me up front that there maybe a delay on getting my car serviced. all I needed was communication which firestone is uncapable to do. read more

Wow! We came in at 9PM after a truck blowout and Ian turned our day back right side up. Not only did he greet us with a smile, but also had the tire in stock that we needed to continue our trip 6 hours north. Ian also gave us a recommendation for a store nearby to get a trailer tire. I got tires April from another Firestone branch from another state. I took my car back since one of the tires keeps requiring tire pressure. That original store did not do anything except put tire pressure in it and never found the problem except charge me again for labor. I had come to this location several times for general car maintenance, oil changes, brakes, etc. Last time I will ever take my car there. Picked it up late in the day after having the oil done and there was grease all over my car interior. It was on the outer door handle, gear stick, steering wheel and my interior door handle. The previous visits being fine and the associates being friendly gives them two stars but that debockle was so unprofessional-how could you not wash your hands or put on/take off gloves before getting into someone's car? read more

I am from the area but currently live in Chicago. Over the weekend when I was coming from Chicago to Toledo, out of nowhere my car started to make an extremely loud noise. It sounded like my muffler but was unsure (due to my lack of car knowledge). I was referred to Firestone by my cousin who has had good things to say about them. When I called, Beau immediately answered. From the very beginning he was extremely pleasant. They were able to take my car in that very day. When I went in to drop off my car, I was greeted by Beau. He was just as friendly in person as he was on the phone. I left my car there for the day and they probably had it for about 5 hours. It turns out that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I picked up my car later that evening and again was helped by Beau. I wasn't entirely sure I understood what Eric told me on the phone so I asked Beau if he could explain to me what exactly went wrong with my car. He explained it to me in great detail and it taught me a lot more about how the catalytic converter works. I like that he took the time to educate me and help me understand the cause of the problem. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful Beau was. I haven't had such a pleasant customer service experience in a long time. Thank you Firestone and a huge thanks to Beau! I had a great experience here. The staff was incredibly helpful, polite and respectful. They were able to get my car in last-minute, had the parts my car needed in-stock, and had the repairs done very quickly. I was traveling from Chicago to Cleveland when my car broke down, and they were able to get me back on the road within 2 hours! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

We had a flat tire last in the middle of the night and had to stop in the area. We called around in the morning and the staff here was fantastic. Despite being fully booked, they got me in by 8:00 and had our tire repaired and finished shortly after. The service was polite and friendly and I am very grateful that they were there for us after a rough series of events. I would highly recommend this place. read more
