At their shop you get personalized service that you would expect from a small local business(that is hard to find these days) they far exceed any chain auto shops. I moved about 1 hour away 5 years ago and I still make the trip there to get my car repaired, brakes, fuel pump, AC compressor, suspension work, and many others. I know when I go there I'm going to get my car fixed right the first time at a honest price. My car is a 1995 Honda with close to 300,000 miles on the original engine and transmission that they have kept running stong when parts have worn out. You won't find a better shop in the Northwest Ohio area.

Erik was my salesman and he did an awesome job. I first message him about the truck from the computer, and it didn't take long to get a response. My dad later talked to him on the phone, and within a couple of days we went to see the truck. Erick had the truck already pulled up and ready for us. We talked a little before the initial test drive and it wasn't a pressuring talk or pushy, it was very casual. Then we took the truck for a test drive and we knew it was the truck we wanted to go home with. We all went inside and started with the paperwork. Unfortunately my dad and I had to deal with the insurance company during the visit, but Erik sat and patiently waited for things to get straightened out. After talking to the insurance we found out my check hadn't been sent out yet! That check was supposed to be my down payment. Erik and Yark did everything possible to get me that truck that very day. After working with the manager Nick we made it possible to get the truck. It would have hurt real bad to miss out on that truck because the Insurance didn't do their job correctly. Yark, Erik, and Nick did awesome dealing with the situation. After they got stuff situated for us we got to go back and talk money. Jordan was the man that helped with that and he found us a affordable loan. We settled on the loan. It had great monthly payments and a very very good interest rate much to my surprise. It was set the truck was mine. Erik sent the truck to the guys to fill up and wash. How awesome is that? They filled my truck! Then we learned that Yark Chevrolet offers lifetime oil changes, 4 a year, that made it so much better. Yark did an amazing job in my opinion. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Then after we left we'd nearly gotten home and they called to let us know they found an even better deal. They didn't have to let us know about it, but they did. They found an even better loan option for me. Its great to know that Yark takes care of their customers. Well that's it. I give a huge shout out to Erik, Nick, and Jordan of Yark Cheverolet!! I wouldn't trade my truck for anything and I hope it lasts a lifetime, but when I finally need a new one I'll be going back to Yark! read more

Josh B. was amazing from the jump. I had submitted my interest in a used 2020 Equinox and he called me as soon as they opened so he could to get me in for a test drive. Due to prior commitments, I was running a bit late and he had no problem with that and was very accommodating. He showed me around the Equinox and let me be on my way for a test drive. I did get a little lost, but found my way back and decided I wanted the vehicle. We get right to paperwork and he was more than happy to get a 3rd chair for the children we had to bring along. While he was away, another employee next to Josh offered the kids some fruit snacks he had since there were only granola bars available, and the younger of the two wasn't a happy camper sitting still. We went through the process and got to finance with Conner. Conner was very thorough with the whole process, and very kind and understanding to my 2yr old's antics. Right before we signed for the car we (obviously) went over payments. They were well over my budget of what I could do, and was 72 months with about 10.25 or .55% interest. I was disheartened to say the least, but Conner still persisted to attempt to get it lower. He and Josh called the banks that were pending on their response to get them quicker. I should also mention here that Josh and Conner also stayed an hour over their closing time to try and help me get into a new car that I fell in love with. Ultimately the lowest we had available was 9.99% interest, which was still too high. I was heartbroken. Unfortunately, I left without a car, but not to the fault of these gentlemen. They said they will give me a call on Monday if any of the banks respond with better rates. Heres to hoping. Josh and Conner - I appreciate the hassle you put up with for me. This has not deterred me from your dealership, and I hope when it is possible to me to have comfortable payments I work with the two of you again. You two made my first dealership experience amazing for what you could do. Thank you. read more

The entire staff at Yark Chevrolet in Whitehouse, OH were amazing. From immediate responses to my email inquiries all the way to the final drive off with the new car, they were knowledge, honest, prompt, and trustworthy. They never tried to oversell me or push me into a car I didn't want. They helped me get the best possible price on my new car and worked hard to get me a very low financing rate and a price that included the service package. I was very pleased with Erik as my lead salesperson, he made me feel very comfortable and worked diligently to find me the right car. Jason helped by searching the area for the exact make, model, and color car I wanted and negotiated the dealership trade to get it to me in just a couple of days. Nick worked with me to get a god trade in price to help me finalize the deal. Finally, Rashad worked hard to explain my financing options to me and was able to get me a very good financing rate and showed me ways to pay it off even sooner and paying less interest. Overall I am extremely pleased with everyone at this dealership. I never once felt uncomfortable in the dealership and felt respected the entire time. It was a fun experience and the staff at the dealership even made me laugh at times. This was the perfect atmosphere needed when making a big commitment to buying a new car. read more

My visit to Yark Chevy was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership. Jason Lannen was our representative and he did a wonderful job. He and everyone else we worked with really went above and beyond staying more than 2 hours after close to make sure we were completely taken care of. Jason was clear and to the point, he offered several options and was clear about the positives and negatives of each option. He was very educational and took the time to explain everything to make sure we would be happy even after the excitement of buying a new (to us) car wore off. I truly appreciated his patience with me and all my questions even though the team had to stay well past the closing time. I initially did research on the website so I had two cars I was interested in. I made contact with Erik at Yark Chevrolet told which cars I would like to see. I test drove one of the cars and loved it. It was a certified pre-owned. I felt no pressure from Erik to look at bigger more expensive cars. Jordan in Finance was awesome and worked very hard to get me the best financing possible he also reviewed everything with me and answered all my questions. Erik even helped me sync my phone and explained the touch screen and functions of the car. He was very knowledgable. The service department at this dealership is one of the better ones. The head of the service department, Trevor, is very helpful, kind, and understanding. I was having some trouble with my Cruze that I use it to get back and forth to work. I gave Trevor a call down at Yark and he got me in same day. The employees down at Yark understand that people are busy and need their vehicles. My car was completed just in time for me to leave for work, but the paper work needed a little extra time. The staff at Yark allowed me to take my car and leave to go to work and come back the next day to finish the paper work, which really helped me out. We have been purchasing vehicles from Yark for decades. We bought a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder last year, from Yark's Nissan dealership. We were in the market for a Truck. Where else would I look??? I found several options on Yark's website.ram and Silverado. I wanted to see the Chevys up close. We went for a drive to the Chevy dealer in Whitehouse. Met our sales rep, Erik, and simply purchased a truck! Great staff! All were down to earth and answered all my questions. Very impressive. Financing was easy and fast! I was looking to by a new car, and was helped by Eric N. I had purchased a car from him the previous year, and I was so please with his and Yark's service, that I went back. Eric and the Yark team were able to give me a great trade-in value for my previous purchase, and I was able to get into a vehicle that better suited my needs, and stay within budget. Before I went to Yark Chevy, I had been dealing with another local dealer for about a month and half and they couldn't get me into the payment I needed to be at. Literally within a few hours (if that), Josh had me at the payment I needed to be at! I was able to get into a brand new vehicle with time and money saved. I said to Josh, "Is it always this easy?" as if I was truly waiting for a bump in the road. I told him that I would rather go to the dentist than shop for a car. Yark Chevrolet is great. I had a water leak in my car. Called the service department requesting an ASAP appointment at 9am, I was asked if I could be to Yark at 10am for someone to look at my car. When arriving I was greeted by Brandon, I told him the issue I was having. He had someone look at it right away, Brandon kept me informed the whole time. I obtained independent inspections documenting the condition of the vehicle and attempted to resolve the matter directly through formal written communication, including a certified demand letter that was delivered and signed for. Unfortunately, I have not received a meaningful resolution. I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a used vehicle to have it independently inspected before buying.
