Let me ASSURE YOU, they live up to their 5 star rating. The owner is very polite and enjoyably social while I waited for a ride to pick me up. In fact, he even offered to have the mechanic drive me back to my home. A couple hours later, he called with the results and estimate. Not only did he confirm what I needed, but he even went as far as to explaining what caused the damage (grounded wiring). As I said before, I already did my homework. I knew how much labor should cost, and I knew how much the part should cost. THEIR FINAL BILL was about $150 less than professional estimates. They also at no charge took care of the wiring problem, recharged the battery, and had the car finished within a couple of hours. FYI, The name "L & M Automotive" may be hard to see when driving by, but just look for the big Sunoco sign & gas station, and you'll have your car in good, affordable, dependable and friendly hands. I really appreciate when someone is honest and blunt if they have to be right away. Give me the info and I'll make the best decision for me and that's what they did. But then they went above and beyond. They warned it could take a while... they warned it could be quite pricey if certain conditions existed. I agreed to all upfront because I wanted the job done right as my number one priority and I got the feeling these guys were going to do just that.
