I showed them my receipt from my last oil change where I was not charged for that. I was told "I must have known someone who worked there so they didn't charge me". I explained I didn't know anyone and that my car wasn't new. It's 3 years old. I then got all of my receipts out to show them I have never been charged for the skid plate and I wanted my $10 back. The guys working there looked at me then walked away! I wrote the owner a letter a few weeks ago and have not received a response. I will never go there again. And seeing a similar complaint I will now contact the BBB!
