I agreed to all upfront because I wanted the job done right as my number one priority and I got the feeling these guys were going to do just that. Wrong assumption! They told me it would take 4+ hours since they were busy, and cost me 59 dollars to have it repaired. I left, and stopped at Belle tire on Monroe in Sylvania. Bob (2nd assistant manager) greeted me, and said they were very busy, but I could wait, (about two hours) or make an appointment and come back, AND.... they would do it for FREE!!! That is their policy! I brought the car back since it was only a slow leak, and lived nearby. As promised, they repaired the tire, and had me back on the road in a very reasonable amount of time, (they were STILL busy).
