I recently was here because the battery in my car remote needed to be replaced. It was busy in the store, so I had a reasonable wait. I observed that the two gentlemen at the registers were friendly and respectful to the customers ahead of me. When it was my turn, I simply handed over my remote and the associate picked out the battery I needed and installed it for me. He then tested it on my car, and I was good to go. I was encouraged to purchase a two-pack, so I have one battery for next time. You can bet that I will still take that battery in to Auto Zone for installation to save myself the headache! Now don't get me wrong I understand COVID, and being busy during the holidays but I am a paying customer who is valuable whether in the store or not. I proceeded to tell the second gentleman that "I thought I was waiting for someone to just let me know if they had oil filters for my 2018 Ford Escape in stock." If I'm being honest here, I was confused, I was under the assumption that I was waiting for someone to come back on the phone with me to just say yes or no. This gentleman proceeds to snap back and say "Yes, we have several and they are $4.99 each." I attempt to say "Thank you very much!" But I was rudely hung up on with nothing further said. Needless to say, they have very poor customer service at this location and I do not recommend going there. I live less than 5 minutes away from this location and I will gladly drive an extra 15 minutes to the Sylvania, OH location to purchase any of my automotive needs in the future.

(I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his.
