Overall I believe this dealership was above average. I traveled from out of state, to pick up a…read moretruck here. The price for the truck was very reasonable. The paperwork etc. was quick and efficient. I was able to get in and out with about 90 minutes. The dealership seemed very clean, and the staff friendly. Cons: I asked the salesman if there were any cosmetic issues or larger issues BEFORE I traveled 3 states to pick up the truck. The salesman stated that there were not. When I arrived there I learned that there was a semi large dent on the tailgate. The dealership did credit me about $500. However, I would have paid $500 extra for perfection. The vehicle has lug nut locks, I never received a key for them. I did call the salesman and he said he would look into it. I still have yet to receive the key for the lug nut removal.

Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.

I am now looking at buying a new EV here and test drove an option without feeling huge pressure. Car purchases are already hard and high stakes. I purchased a used 2022 GMC Terrain (24,576 miles) from The Nice Car Company on December 30, 2025…read more The vehicle was advertised as having passed a "100-point inspection." Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.

They sold me a new tire, and after the cost of the tire and installation, it was about $275. I advised the service person who assisted me that I was turning this leased car in, in approximately 5 months. He continued to tell me that all my other tires were "terrible" and that I should get every tire replaced because it's likely that the leasing company will require it or "ding" me if I turn the car in with bad tires. Mind you, there is only 33,000 miles on this car, and of the 10 vehicles I have leased in the past 20 years, not once have I ever been dinged for tires or required to replace the tires. Throughout his consult with me, the service attendant kept trying to get to me get all new tires...I mean, come on guy, read the room! I don't want or need all new tires for a car I am going to turn in soon! He told me that they would get the tire on and have me out in 30 minutes, and that they would put the spare tire back in it's holding cavity underneath my hatchback floor and I could be on my way. They did indeed get me on my way in about 37 minutes. About a mile from leaving the establishment, my tire pressure monitor tells me that the new tire has 26 lbs of pressure in it. However, the other three tires on my car are set at 35 lbs of pressure. Huh? Why didn't they fill it to 35 lbs to match the other tires? That evening, I stopped at Kroger to purchase groceries, and when I lifted my hatchback to load them into the back, there it was: the spare tire and all of its parts and screws, not put back away as I was assured it would be. Frustrating! Come on people, deliver what you say you would deliver! Good points about this establishment is very courteous customer service and speedy service. Bad points are described above. My car drives noticeably rougher and I need to investigate if I should fill my "new tire" with 35 lbs of pressure to match the other tires.
