I had some expired birthday discount coupons that the store (customer service told me) can override that the ladies there told me they could not do. So I went to the AA and the canton locations and got it taken care of by both locations. But my last visit went better. There was an older gentleman and a younger woman who I kicked off with immediately. They took care of me and my coupon snaffu that visit right away and easily. It's a good average like location from the little I've been there and used it. If I need something major or harder to find so far I believe the canton location is better. So far. But my last visit left me feeling better about this location.

I believe that their consistency at this location is better than others. Terrible Customer Service, Misleading Description, and a Complete Waste of Time…read more I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. My experience was absolutely terrible from start to finish, and the way they handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. I called about a door and was quoted $375. I was told the door was missing the bottom molding, which I was completely fine with. I specifically asked if there was any other damage, and I was told there might be minor scratches, dings, or dents, but nothing out of the ordinary for a used door. Nobody mentioned anything about the actual door being damaged to the point that the lip was bent and the door needed repairs. I was also told to call before arriving so they could have the door taken off and ready for me. I made it clear that I was driving 30 minutes to get there, and I was told it would only take about 15 minutes. Instead, I showed up and waited another 30 minutes for them to bring the door out. So much for respecting a customer's time. When the door finally came out, I immediately noticed that the lip was bent and the door needed repair. This was not what I had been told over the phone, and the damage was not disclosed in the description or visible in the pictures. When I pointed out the damage, they initially said they would see what they could do about the price now that they had seen its condition. Then, suddenly, the situation changed. I overheard the higher-ups questioning why the door was priced so low when similar doors supposedly sell for $700-$800. That was when things really started going downhill. I stepped outside to show my dad the damage, and a woman came out and immediately started giving me attitude, speaking disrespectfully, and trying to turn the entire situation around on me. She kept insisting that I had been told the door had damage. I explained that what I had been told was that it was missing the lower molding and might have minor scratches or dents. A bent door lip that requires repair is not the same thing as a few minor scratches. What made the situation even worse was that just minutes earlier, they had acknowledged the damage and said they would see what they could do about the price. Now, all of a sudden, the attitude changed, and I was being told that if I didn't want the door, I could leave and they weren't lowering the price. The entire interaction was ridiculous. Throughout this whole experience, I remained patient and respectful. I did nothing to deserve the attitude I received. I drove 30 minutes, waited around, wasted approximately an hour and a half of my time, and ended up dealing with people who seemed more concerned about defending their pricing than treating a customer with basic respect. The biggest issue isn't even just the damaged door. It's the lack of transparency, the wasted time, the complete change in attitude, and the way they handled a perfectly reasonable concern. If the door had significant damage, that should have been clearly disclosed upfront so customers could make an informed decision before making the trip. I understand that used parts can have imperfections. What I don't understand is why a business can't accurately describe what it's selling and handle a customer pointing out undisclosed damage without becoming disrespectful. My experience with this place was extremely disappointing. Between the questionable communication, poor customer service, wasted time, and unprofessional attitude, I would not return or recommend them to anyone. I was out running errands and passed O'Reilly and figured I would stop in to see if they may have a temporary solution for the side mirror. Now listen, I'm not a car person. I don't pretend to be a car person, I know very little. But I do know when I'm blatantly being ignored and that's pretty. much what happened here. I walked up and down the aisles searching for the mirrors and the guy behind the counter didn't even in look in my direction. I was the only one in the store, hovering over the side mirror replacements, trying to find the matching one for the mirror. I saw him walk by, still nothing. I juggled the big book of parts to look up the number I needed for the make/model of our car and not a peep. Sure, I could have asked for help but at this point I was stubborn. "Ignore me? Fine, I can do that too." Ultimately I wasn't able to find the exact fit I needed but I did get a mirror panel we could cut to size. Better than nothing? I took my purchase up to the counter and once again, the fella barely acknowledged my existence, even while he was ringing me up. And sure, maybe he was having a bad night, or he's just not a talkative person but it either way it wasn't a super pleasant experience. Ironically we never needed to use the side mirror plate as I found the exact size we needed online. So now I have to go back and return the darn thing but I'm not exactly in a hurry to return...
