On 7/10, I call and check to see when would I likely receive my car back from service and I was informed by Mark, one of the service workers, that I didn't in fact have an appointment. I then proceed to talk to Will, the service manager, and he then tells me I actually had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday. I then request a confirmation of an appointment and they apparently don't have a way of confirming appointments? I get called on Tuesday and was informed that the 200 dollar fee was now close to 600. I was not informed about that when I initially scheduled the appointment, and was baffled that at no point in time was I informed of the complete cost of the service. I spoke with my friend Will again and his only solution was to take the new part out and put the old, failed part in. The final straw came when I went to go pick up my car. I had requested that after the servicing, to have my car locked with the key inside. I get there and, as pictured, my key was clearly visible, and the doors were NOT locked. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this "Fine" establishment.

Unfortunately the car needed a new engine. The price for the new engine & all the labor was fair and the work was guaranteed for 90 days. There were a couple things that needed to be adjusted that weren't related to the engine, but the work was done for a fair price. We were pleased with the communication, price & excellent work done by Monroe Car Care!

I went to three different places who all told me they could hear the noises but when they look under it and remove my tires there was nothing wrong and they would send me away. The sound was only getting worse and my anxiety levels were going through the roof because I rely on my car for everything! The day after Thanksgiving I knew I was going to have to make a 60 mile drive but I was shaking in my boots about the noise it was making. Through the carmax repair pal website I searched for someone I could take my car to that day and several places that said they were open were actually closed! It wasn't until my 5th call that I found Fox tires and they told me to come in right away. They were nothing but kind and courteous and despite my frantic ramblings and blubbering sobs they understood me and went above and beyond to find out what was wrong and THEY FOUND IT! Three different places didn't find anything but they heard the noise, this is the only place that actually did something and at such a reasonable price. If you are reading this I would vouch for this place ten times over and if I have any future issues I will be coming back for sure, they took a great weight off my shoulders while at the same time providing service excellence to be envied by any other auto place. Special shout out to Carlos, Randy, Dalen, and John for really doing everything they can to fix my car especially the day after Thanksgiving. Such professionalism, they are truly experts at their craft and I am thankful for them and all that they do!

Had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Belle Tire today. Let me tell you, they went above…read moreand beyond. We haul horses professionally and have needed to get some new tires on our truck. We are rarely unloaded and for the past few weeks we've been told "out of stock, we can't get that tire for 3-5days." So when the Pontiac location said this location had 4 tires available, we called them immediately and asked them if there was any way to get our big rig down there before they closed. They said "just get here asap, we will figure something out." So we got out right rolling and pulled in with almost an hour left in their day before they closed. So often, we find a tire places who won't add an additional project like ours in without a day+ to schedule AND then it's a matter of tire availability. We get it, it's a heavy duty tire and we aren't normal customers. Today we were in a huge bind and these guys swooped in and absolutely saved the day! They got us 3 new tires on and sent us on our way. Oh, and did I mention that their prices were $100's less than other places! I just had a quote for 2 of these tires at $700, they sold us these three for $130 more... easily saving us $200!!! Which was so appreciated! We are so thankful for the quality of tires they had in stock, their willingness to go above and beyond for us, and how understanding and kind they all were to us! The guy from the original store even called while we were there to check on us and make sure we were taken care of! We love places like this and absolutely will sing praises when they are due, I can assure this place deserves it! Thank you Ron and the rest of the crew for taking care of us!

I was told to "have a seat, he will go get the parts" when I arrived. I told them they should be ready, I arranged this days in advance, but they didn't have the parts or didn't have them ready. I waited for 15 minutes before I had to leave (without the parts) and drive ANOTHER 40 minutes back to work. So I wasted an hour and a half of my day and a lot of gas for nothing. They told me I could pay them first and they would ship me the parts (without inspecting them, they were interior pieces that needed to be in good shape). Absolutely not. This was my first time doing business with them, and it's also my last. They lost any trust I would have given by wasting my time and money. Terrible service - avoid.
