This business is the real deal. My son-in-law went there to have his tires put on his van. Unfortunately, there was an incident. After two hours of driving, the left rear tire came off the vehicle. Destroyed the new tire, and rim. Also the wheel bearing He had it towed back to Michigan near where the tire shop is located Cost him $800 An employee from the tire shop out replaced every single part that was bad from the tire coming off the vehicle Including a brand new tire and rim. Also reimbursed for all the towing expenses. This company is 100% honest and true and stands behind their work That's something that is almost impossible to find today I would recommend this tire shop 100% read more

This place is horrible they are unprofessional,races and way over priced selling dry rotted tires they sold me a used tire for 65 and it kept going flat I thought it was my rim so I had them repare it they ended up charging me 10 for that but it kept still going flat so I took it to a different place to get it looked at and they told me that tire was no good and it was dry rotted they sprayed it and showed me the bubbling and how the wall on the tire was dry rotted so I took it back there to see if they can switch my tire out because they sold me a bad tire but they told me they could only give me half off on another tire and I told them no because its not my fault you sold me a bold tire that you overcharged me for so not only did they sell me a bold tire but they took my money and could not even fixed the bull crap tire they sold me so please do not waste your time or money on this con ass place‼‼‼‼‼ read more

I went to this shop about 1 yr before I wrote this review. They sold me 2 NEW 16 inch tire for my van out the Door for $120. Which I was happy then. A Yr later the tires are completely Worn out. So I go back today for a set of USED Tires just to get by for a few months til I can buy new ones again. Well They wanted $65 Each for Used Tires!!! WTF??? Seriously??? You want more for used tires then ya did the new ones??? Well I told the guy thanks but NO THANKS. I went to Flatrock Tire On Gibralter Rd And got Two used tires that are like new for only $70 out the door mounted and balanced and the whole nine yards... So As For Me I'ma skip the Insane Prices and just go to Flatrock tire. You may wanna do the same.... read more

I went this morning to have 4 tires mounted, that I purchased from Amazon. I tipped the older guy $20 before he even started working on my vehicle. Everything was going fine until a younger employee started to assist the other guy on mounting my tires. I went into the office to speak to my wife, which I shouldn't have, because the younger guy cross threaded on lug nut, broke another stud, tightened one lug nut so tight that when I got home and attempted to remove the wheel to repair the stud that he broke I broke another stud off. Then when I start taking another lug nut off, it wasn't even tight at all. I un-tightened with my fingers. This is the second vehicle that they have broken a stud off on and then offered to repair it for $35 dollars. If I would have allowed them to repair the one stud that was broken, it would have turned into $105.00 repair. Thus is a scam and if you choose to you their services, I would watch them like a hawk. I will never give them my business again! read more

we purchased a set of new tires here in Feb 2018 because of good service we had experienced in the past. 6 weeks after that purchase one of the tires blew out on the highway during an ice storm. The next business day we went back to see what could be done, as the tires were obviously still under warranty. The owner's immediate response of 'what do you want me to do about it' left us speechless. We explained we expected him to honor the warranty, at which point he explained that it was not HIS warranty and HE wasn't going to honor anything. At that point my girlfriend began to explain in depth the situation surrounding the tire's explosion. The owner then took us into the office to talk with who he identified as his wife, and disappeared in the back. We explained the situation to his wife, who was very understanding, called another tech to come out and assess the tire, and assured us that 'we will make this right'. After talking with the tech it was determined that the exploded tire would be sent for examination for issues, but that we would receive a replacement at no charge, and the shop would seek reimbursement from the tire manufacturer. We were told this replacement would arrive the next day and we would receive a phone call to let us know we could pick it up. The next day we received no call. The day following we still had heard nothing. My girlfriend eventually called them and was told the inspection had revealed an extremely small nail in the tire tread area, which had caused the sidewall to blow out, but that they were still going to replace the tire at no charge to us, honoring the warranty, and that they would call the next day when the new tire was in. Again we waited, no call. The next day after we went to the business and were told that they had not heard back from the tire examination. When we inquired about the replacement tire, the tech we spoke to said he didn't know anything about that. We asked for the owner. When he came out he stated he would sell us a replacement tire. When we stated that that was not what he had agreed to he stated that it was because the tire had been driven on after it had gone flat. My girlfriend again explained that that had not happened as the tire had completely exploded at highway speed and that she had had no choice but to pull off the road immediately as she had began to loose control of the vehicle. The owner insisted that the tire had been driven on 'for some distance' while flat, and that he wasn't going to replace anything that had been recklessly damaged. We again stated that his wife had said that they were going to replace the tire and honor the manufacture's warranty at no charge to us. The owner stated that we could return and talk to her or talk to the tech who sold us the tires, but that he wasn't going to honor any warranty, that he doesn't honor any warranties on any tires, new or used. I personally am appalled at this business owner's attitude. I have recommended this business to others in years past due to their PAST customer service. I recommended my girlfriend purchase her NEW tires here, again due to the quality of service I had received in the past. THAT will NEVER happen again. The service we received from this business owner is flat out reprehensible! NO ONE should give this business their time nor money. Why the change, I don't know, but the attitude of the owner is nothing short of flat out insulting and shoddy. read more

Do not go here!! These people are dishonorable sales men. I went in with a leaked tire to have them fix it. They first told me that the rim was cracked and said that because of that I should change the tire also. At first I was happy with the service until I realized the replacement rim was actually for a jeep showing the incompetence of their employees. Two days later I was at work and I realized that the tire they gave me was completely flat. I had elite services tell me there was nothing wrong with the tire and that it was the rim. When I went back in the next day, I explained to them the situation and they had my repaired rim that they over charged me for rim ready to put on. They in return said I had a nail in the tire and that I have to change again so they can get more out of my pocket. This tire not even 3 hours later was leaking air. I went back and explained that I wanted a full reimbursement and nothing to do with any of their product and they told me to have a nice day there is nothing they can do for me. I in turn told them that I was going to call the BBB and the actual owner came and told me "to get the F*** off his property". Please do not go here and support these dishonorable men and women, they are greedy and have no regards for anyone. All in a nut shell I spent 235 that I was told is a "bit to the stake." Like me anyone else should call the BBB or send a letter if this occurs to you too as I am going to do. read more
