So thankful this place was open on Sunday morning when most places were closed! A friendly, professional guy there helped me and he looked at all four tires for me although we couldn't find any damage to it. So he just game me some air but after spending about 20 minutes on my car, he said he wouldn't charge me. I said I would pay something for his time, but he refused. It is so nice to know there are honest and humble, hard working person still... although I did not need a tire this time, I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I've been taking my Mini here for years for all servicing and I am always happy with the service and work. Marc and Bret are awesome- they are informative, friendly, and honest. I never feel like they are trying to sell me something I don't need, on the contrary they actually council you not to have addition work done until it's needed. Whenever I call to make an appointment they can usual fit me in that day. They order my parts ahead of time so the wait is minimal. Furthermore they provide shuttle service if needed so you don't have to waste time sitting and waiting. They are always kind when fielding my incessant and ridiculous chicks-know-nothing-about-cars questions, and answer with clarity and humor. Their prices are very competitive if not the cheapest around, and there is no price tag I could put on the peace of mind that I'm not being shaken down. I will continue to bring my car here; they have earned a loyal customer. Thanks guys, you rock.

The same replacement work with the nearby similar repair stores is ranging from $500-600. Low quality and cheap parts they ordered, high labor cost they charged you with unauthorized and un-necessary services. You paid double price and received cheap parts and poor service. It is a very very terrible, horrible car repair store without business reputation and trustworthy. I will not come to this store anymore.

After she picked up her vehicle she noticed that the driving felt off/wobbly. Woodards insisted it was fine. After a couple of very scary days driving, she took her vehicle to our tried and true, amazing family mechanic. He was LIVID. The fact that ANYONE at Woodards allowed my niece to drive away on wheels that moved around like that is appalling. The absolute GREED one must have to convince a young woman that she was imagining things and allow her to drive on rims like that is - it just - I've lost faith in humanity. SHE COULD HAVE DIED. The rims are clearly the wrong size, they were told of their mistake, they told her she was wrong, and she literally could have died.

I highly recommend Woodard's.

Hands down, the best customer service…read more I had a blow out (grrrr). I rode into the shop at about 5:20 p.m. A nice woman (maybe the office manager?) was leaving for the day. I asked what time they closed and she said: "we closed at 5." I apologized and started heading back toward the car and she said "hold on, they'll still see you, though." i thought...wow. that's cool. I stood by my car and then an older gentleman came out and asked what he could do for me with the kindest, most patient smile on his face. Since I was at my wits end (having driven around to 3 different tire shops that didn't have my size tires) so his smile calmed me down some. I told him that i had a blow out and none of the tire shops around here had my size tires. He excused himself and came back 2 minutes later with not only the right sized tire--but the EXACT same brand and model! This is huge because I have a lease and I'm sure that I would have been billed once turning my car in for not having the same (or comparable) tires on the vehicle. A younger man took my donut off, put the new (used) tire on and even put my spare back underneath my car. They told me it would be only $50, plus tax and I happily paid. I drove off in a completely different mood. Now for the best part: The enTIRE (pun intended) encounter took less than 15 mins from start to finish! This was the best experience I have ever had related to my since I got it--even better than the dealership. Everyone should patronize Park Tire on Fort St. in Lincoln Park. I can't say enough about Wear Master Tire Shop -- they genuinely saved my trip!…read moreI was heading to the airport on I-275 South when I got a flat tire near exit 22. Already running late, it took another hour and a half just to get a tow truck out to put air in my spare. By the time I called Wear Master, I was frantic. They listened to my situation, told me to come in, and true to their word -- even with a shop full of cars -- they stopped what they were doing and immediately took care of me. They put a temporary tire on my unrepairable flat and had me back on the road as fast as humanly possible. If it weren't for them, I would have 100% missed my flight to Mexico. My rental car and hotel were both prepaid, so I would have been out a significant amount of money. Thankfully my flight was delayed by two hours, and I barely made it -- but I would NOT have made it at all without Wear Master going above and beyond for me. And on top of everything, the price was extremely fair. These are genuinely good people who care about their customers. If you need tires, don't think twice -- this is the place.
