I can't say enough good things about Lobos Tires. We've been there several times in the past to have flats fixed and they were super fast and very low cost. But today we showed up on a Saturday to get 4 new tires put on. Not only did it cost half of what all other places charge they were done in 15 minutes!! My wife and I are veterans who just moved from Florida to Michigan to be close to our son and daughter in law. Once we got settled into our new home we decided we wanted new rims for our F150 truck for summer and we would put our snow tires on the stock rims. Not being familiar with the area we asked around and looked at reviews and settled on Lobo Tire. On April 29th 2022 we went to Lobo Tire to see what they had. We informed the gentleman behind the counter that we were looking for new rims but really did not know much about them and asked for his advice. He looked at our truck 2020 Ford F150, looked at his computer and showed us a section of ones that would work and asked us which ones we liked. We picked out a nice set and a coworker came over and said new tires would look great on them. We liked the tires he was showing us so we agreed. During this conversation my wife said "I don't want to be a jerk but are you sure these will fit they look much bigger than our original ones?" He assured us that he had put these on a ton of f150's just like ours. Feeling comfortable that it was the right decision we walked around the area and waited as they proceeded to put the new tires on the new rims for us. An hour or so later we walk around to where they pull the truck out. This is when we find out the tires are too big for our truck and they all rub. The employee could not even get our truck out of the garage. We could not believe they would go to all that work to put on something that clearly did not fit. The employee said the tires were too big. My wife said "is it just the tires that are too big or is it all too big?" The employee said it is just the tires. We asked them to just put our original tires on the new rims. Another hour waiting and we finally are able to leave Lobo Tire. A couple days later I notice I have a slow leak in my front tire. I returned to Lobo Tire and they fix the slow leak issue at no charge. I then notice that I had a rub in the front drivers ride tire. I return to Lobo Tire and I tell the same employee that I have a rub in my front tire. He tells me that I need a Lift kit to resolve the rub issue. I ask him what the charge is for a lift kit and he tells me that they do not provide that service. This is very upsetting. I don't understand if these rims are the right size for our vehicle why would we need to put on a lift kit? And why wouldn't you have told us if we put these rims on our truck we would then have to get a lift kit?? After waiting to get in to see someone that could put a lift kit on our truck, the lift kit tech tells us that a lift kit will void out our warranty and that it may be difficult to have repairs done in the future if he installs a lift kit. He also said that the rims we purchased were outside of our vehicles tire offset range of 38mm max, which I learned about afterwards. Keeping these rims on our truck could cause suspension issues, braking issues, rubs and also cause more than normal wear and tear to the fenders and side paint. I return to my local Belle Tire to have the new rims removed and my tires put back on my factory rims. I returned home and gave the rims a very good cleaning and polishing. On July 20th I returned to Lobo Tire to inform the gentleman that he sold us rims that were outside our factory offset range. These rims should have never been put on our truck and we trusted Lobo Tire to be professionals and sell us what we needed. The product that you sold us could damage our vehicle. His reply was " All sales are final, No returns". Buyers beware! This company will sell you whatever they can to make a buck and will not stand by their product. We trusted them to sell us what we needed and they totally took advantage of that to make a sale! Now we are out $1500.00. That is just bad business!! Army Guy and ir Force Girl........ read more

For my seventh flat tire of this year, I went to my local tire spot only to find out they were out of stock on my brand and size. That's when I decided to call Lobo. I spoke with Jesse, and told him what was going on, and what I needed. He told me to come by, and he'd have me out the door in 10 minutes. I walked in, asked for Jesse, and my man comes walking into the garage with my tire already in his hands. And true to his word, I was out in 10 minutes. Actually, probably less than 10 minutes. Had to replace 1 tire that I knew had a nail in it. When I got here they got me right in, tire off within minutes. Not only did they reaffirm what I thought, they brought the tire inside and showed me without my asking. Which as a woman, I truly appreciate. They matched up the replacement tire with tread to my other tires as close as possible which again I appreciate. I had fairly new tires to match to and they still only charged me $35. I had been a loyal customer for many years. Not anymore. The last used tire I bought 5-25-18 - drove home and less than a week later huge sidewall bulge. Took it back expecting a free replacement under the 30 day warranty guarantee which is printed on the receipt. Was told - damage caused by chuckhole - so no warranty. WHAT A JOKE! When I challenged the manager he went off on a profanity laden tirade and then ordered me to leave the premises. WOW! I will NEVER return. Take your business elsewhere. read more
