Tony was awesome, he helped book me into both appointments and kept me updated consistently when my truck was there getting worked on. Thank you again Tony Andy tuned my truck and it drives fantastic. He did an amazing job, thank you Andy Everyone else who installed certain parts and helped to get my truck done, thank you for the awesome work you have done. I will be back to Livernois sooner than later to dive into more modifications for my truck.

The ordering and installation process itself was smooth and straightforward, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service side was a different story. For nearly two weeks before ordering, I tried contacting Livernois by phone and email with no response. I went ahead and ordered anyway, trusting my previous experience. After ordering, it still took multiple phone attempts over several days before I was finally able to reach someone, who explained they were extremely busy with new tune releases. I understood and was willing to be patient. It took a little over a week to receive a pre-made set of tunes. After installing the tunes and using them for a while, I had some questions about performance and shift patterns. I submitted multiple support tickets over the next month, received confirmation emails each time, but never got a real response. When I eventually reached someone by phone (again, after several tries), the conversation felt rushed and dismissive. I was told the tune had been used successfully on many vehicles and that was about it -- no offer to review or adjust it. I even mentioned I'd be willing to pay for a revision, but that didn't seem to matter. From my experience, it seems Livernois may now be focusing much more on developing tunes for newer model years, with less attention given to past models. That's understandable to a point, but it can leave returning customers with older vehicles feeling overlooked. In my case I rarely tune a new vehicle until it is at least out of factory warranty period and I have made most of the performance modifications that I intend to make. Overall, the tunes themselves are good and perform well enough, but customer service has definitely declined since my last experience. I hope Livernois can get back to the level of responsiveness and support they once had, because the product is strong -- the communication and follow-through just aren't what they used to be.
