Very nice, explained things well, told the price before the service, and was just overall very nice and I think he could tell I had no idea what I was doing. Along with some other things he gave me a coupon for a free car wash. I've also never been through a car wash so I figured since I had the time I would go try that out as well. Immediately when I pulled up I was trying to adjust my car onto the tracks following what the man in the car was waving to do and he started yelling. Apparently I wasn't doing a good job positioning my car which okay but the yelling was uncalled for. While they were spraying down my car he was screaming at me to not touch the break(how do I put it in neutral without touching the break?) screaming at me to stop touching the wheel(I was not), screaming at me to put it in neutral(thought I couldn't touch the break?) and just screaming about everything. To make matters worse the other worker seemed to be laughing at me the whole time. I understand there's things car washes need you to do and a car wash is a loud place, but his choice of words and tone was so rude it honestly made me never want to come back. I was screamed at the whole entire time. It does not take much effort to say "put the car in neutral now" or "don't touch the break" but the way he was screaming at me was terrible. The other man in the car wash also seemed to be laughing at me the entire time. I actually left in tears. I'm aware I'm a pretty sensitive person, as I am a teenage girl, but the whole interaction made me wonder if I would be talked to that way if I was a man or older. I did end up talking to one of the employees in the gas station and he was very nice and understanding and said he would talk to the manager of the car wash. I'm a pretty non confrontational person so I didn't wanna turn it into a big deal but I feel like this should be a learning experience for the two men in the car wash. If you see someone who's young or maybe has never gone through a car wash before, show some compassion and don't scream and belittle them. I doubt I will ever come back because that was the worst experience. Unsure if it's a control thing or some anger issues but you should realize when you are representing a business you should have compassion and understanding.

Couldn't get it towed until Monday morning (had to buy triple A, and it cost me double to do it because apparently you have to wait a period of time between when you get and and use the towing). Also cost me 3x as much to tow because it was over 5 miles. Fun stuff. This place was recommended to me by someone who did $20,000 of business with them every month, at a dealership. This place said it was a 'hard fix' because my car is a 2011 fusion. So, there were just no parts available. Then suddenly 2 days later, I was told I could pick it up. Okay. Went there, got it, drove 3 whole miles and the exhaust system fell out again. When I called, they sent someone who said - they didn't attach this right. So, I waited again for over an hour for them to fix it. Again. The waiting room is really close to the mechanics ship. And I heard a lot of laughter when I was waiting. Also, the person at the desk told me - you won't have to pay for this, though you should have to, just because we're being nice. At the time I had a warranty in my car stating that if anything went wrong with the exhaust, it was covered for a year. It had been 20 minutes. I will Never go to midas (any midas) again. They also quoted me a price and it was several hundred dollars over that when I paid (before the exhaust they fixed fell out after I drove 3 miles). New owner, same workers. Go elsewhere.

Zero stars. Terrible…read morecommunication and terrible service. I have taken my vehicle back many, many times and the issue is still not resolved. The original problem was simple: my driver-side window would not go all the way up. They first quoted me one part at around $700. When I came to pick up the car, I was told an additional $400 part was "needed" -- a locking mechanism that had no issues whatsoever before I brought the car in. I drove off the lot and the window immediately dropped down again. I turned around and brought it right back, only to be told I had to schedule yet another appointment. Since then, the window has been misaligned, banging around, and it now creates a high-pitched whistle on the highway. They have replaced parts multiple times, yet the problem remains unresolved. I've gone back and forth repeatedly, and they still cannot fix it. The final "solution" they offered was unbelievable: they had me sit in the passenger seat while one employee drove and another taped the window shut for a test drive. They then claimed that since it wasn't making noise while taped, the issue must be my window seal--suggesting it was dry-rotted. I drive a 2018 Challenger that is well maintained. The seals are in great condition and still supple. The problem is not the seal. The problem is that they cannot correct the issue they were paid to fix. To top it off, they scratched my driver door during one of the visits and denied it. They offered to send me to their paint person, but at that point I had no interest in starting another problem with another business associated with this Midas. Absolutely unacceptable experience from start to finish.

I was told it was a rear main oil seal leak. This is a big job to fix they have to remove the transmission to get to the seal. The cost to do this job is 2380.73 dollars. So I have them do the repair and pick up my car, They promised me if the rear main seal leaked again I had a 1yr warranty. So fast forward to July 13th I noticed a oil leak in the same spot as the last leak in my garage. So I drop my car off again at the shop to have the car looked at again. The next day they call me and say I have a major transmission leak. Take in mind a month earlier they had removed the transmission. So I asked them how much to fix it and they told me they would have to take apart the transmission out and it would cost 1800.00. Just to tell me what was wrong with it. This is important because I asked them what if when you took the transmission out to fix it originally you made a mistake.. His response was their was no way they made a mistake. I asked them how do you know that if you cant tell me what is wrong with the transmission without taking it out? He told me to take it to a dealership and have them look at it and if they said we did something wrong we would fix it. So much for warranty and treating a customer like this. I really believe these people do not know what they are doing and are a scam. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!!!
