Went in today to have 2 tires installed as part of a deal with Alpha Group a couple doors down. This is where i was sent by my salesman. When I got there the guy did not seem to intrested but mounted the tires and started to put them back on the vehicle. I asked him about balancing the tires andat first he said the machine is broke. Then he said not broken just not calibrated. He went on to say " thetiresare pre-balnced". Have worked on vehicles for over 50 years i knew this was Bull. I left called my salesman then went and had the tires properly balanced which the did need. On top of that the guy set the tire pressure way higher than recommended. For those out there that are not aware tires over inflated and out of balance not on impacts the ride of the vehicle it puts undue stress on the whole suspension system! read more

I found this place in my immediate area. They were not crowded. I was first thing in the morning with in and out service for an oil change and flush. They were very attentive to my care, which was overdue by a lot I'm ashamed to say!!! They are kind, courteous and non-judgmental with the services!!! I'll be back definitely because they are excellent at what they do. read more

This my "NEW" go to oil change shop! There was a couple cars ahead of me and the guy came out to my car just to let me know it will be a few minutes (it took less than ten minutes) before I he can get me in. Normally places I've been before don't do that. They were quick and professional! I had an oil change and a radiator flush and I was in and out in 20 minutes, I highly recommend this place and I'll be back! read more

Great place! Everyone is professional, quick and I can trust them to help with my car issues. I come get oil changes regularly and any time I need washer fluid, they help with that. They have tires and an auto repair side. Anytime I have a concern with my car, I come to them because they're nice, honest people. Oil changes, tires, auto repair, service light scanning are all things they've done for me-fast and affordable. Oh yea, I went to the dealership to have my car looked at because my check engine light came on, after paying $120 for them to tell me some bs reason I need to pay $700 to replace their malfunctioning part(not happening)-they did not reconnect the part they were looking at and had me drive home about to break down on the freeway. I came to my buddies at Quick Stop and asked them to look at it, they told me the part was disconnected-I think it's called the throttle body so I could barely accelerate. read more

Quick Stop Oil Change - Auto Repair Near Me - Redford, Michigan

Finding any sort of auto shop you can trust is tough. We live very close to this place and never gave them a shot until about a year ago. We've taken both of our vehicles there for regular maintainance and ended up very happy. One problem that they fix persisted but they've gone above and beyond to help figure out what else could be wrong. They've never charged us a dime for any of the extras which included them renting a machine they didn't have just to help with diagnostics. If you're looking for a trustworthy auto shop or just a solid oil change place that isn't looking to over charge you, this is it. read more

I've been going to this quick stop for years now and always love their service! They're very timely, personable, and explain everything very well for someone who knows nothing about cars haha even offered me water while I waited 10/10 read more

just came in for a regular oil change, always fast. So fast you could even stop before work. They always recommend what's the best option for my car without shoving extra charges down my throat. today one of my windshield wipers was bent and I said I didn't have the money today to replace it but Jason replaced it for free and told me it was important bc it was the driver side wiper. I won't get my oil changed anywhere else, they're like family. read more

I was greeted with a warm cup of coffee. The man doing my oil change was very kind and friendly, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. My questions were answered professionally. Very great place to go, highly recommend their service! read more

I just left from getting my first oil change from Quick Stop, and I have to say that I was very pleased with the customer service I received from the staff there. Also, their name doesn't lie- they were incredibly quick. Although I passed several oil change businesses on my way, I'll definitely be coming back to Quick Stop the next time I need an oil change. Also, one of the employees gave me a free bottle of water straight from a mini-fridge. It's the little things, right? read more

My favorite and ONLY place I have gotten my oil changed for the past 4yrs. All the guys whom I have come across there are polite, quick and does a great job with fixing my truck. I even enjoy the fact that they don't bombard you with unnecessary sales and upgrades. I never have oil leaks or smoke after a change. Good job and I'll continue giving you my business as long as you continue giving me a peace of mind. read more

I used to go there and got great service. My family even started going there, but the last time I went I was not happy with the service. Friends of mine went there and they messed up their cars. They must have changed management, not the same service. I will not go back there. read more

My guys always get me together whatever it is, went to get a full check on my car they didn't charge, always tell me the right info and quick and friendly, thanks brother. read more

Went in for regular oil change on my truck, my 4th vehicle for service after coming here for 12 years. Upon closing my hood after oil change, it didn't latch, instead of looking to see what the issue was, the employee repeatedly continue to just SLAM my hood, which resulted in becoming damaged to the point it would not lock. I was told to go to junk yard and get a used one and come back they would put it on. Having to drive home with my hood not latched close, was a safety issue to me. I ended up asking my mechanic neighbor to look at it for me, come to find out it the lock was damaged and bent due to the continual slamming. I contacted the owner who was talking in the background, now refusing and saying it's not his responsibility. Welp you just lost my future business!!!!!! read more

I drive all the way from Northville to see these guys! Honest, fast, fair.... so kind and accommodating! Great business --treats customers the right way--they get my business again and again! read more

I use to come here all the time evert tire I got was from here going on 5 years now. Use to be great service and great prices. There is now a whole new team there. I took my car in to get my two front tires replaced I'm not missing a hub cap and a lung nut on one of my tires was broken off. When I asked what happened his response was my hub was already missing and as for the lung nut he says it was already broken. Before I even brought my car up I attempted to take the lungs off to just take the tire up there get the tire and change it myself but ALL my lung nuts were to tight for me to move. Take pictures of your car before you leave it here with them. read more

Such a bummer. I went in and before I knew it 2 different guys were ripping the filters out and practically demanding that I replace them. It was a hard pressure sale and I wasn't comfortable arguing being locked in a glass bubble with 4 technicians probing my car. What should've been a $20-$30 oil change cost me $110. The receipt is undecipherable so I don't even know what I was charged for. Would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Very intimidating environment. Also, I understand that the previous owner was wonderful bust sold in September. These are new owners. read more

Only place I go to get my oil changed. Fast friendly service. Luv these guys. This is the only oil place I've ever left satisfied enough to leave a tip. read more

It's refreshing to know there are decent people around when you need help. The owner of Quick Stop Oil Change in Redford drove to my house, picked up me and my bent rim and flat tire (because my spare is now ruined by a pothole), fixed the rim and replaced my tire at the world's most ridiculously low price because I told him I'm unemployed and have an interview this week. Then he drove me back to my house to get my car and drove behind me back to his shop so that he could fix my spare and put on the new tire. He said he did it because he's my neighbor and that's what neighbors do. If you're in the area and need car work, give Hass your business. read more

"Sam" is the best!! he always works with me and tries to get me the best deal if he can, Tonite my car is "purrring". His work is very articulate and he is very conscientious and caring. First time customer and had a great experience. Employees were professional and efficient. While I was there I saw one of the guys help an elderly person whose hubcap had fallen off, and refused payment even when the person tried to offer money for helping. And two other customers walked in separately and knew the names of the employees. Clearly repeat customers which says good things about their customer service. A great experience - I'll be back. read more

Customer service is never a problem, the oil change guys and mechanic are super nice and do a good job. However, the owner... not so nice, (and ladies - he's a total creep). Last time I was there he came out of the door to the right yelling at one of his employees about I couldn't even tell you what, but in front of customers??? Who does that?? Be a little more professional. I also understand that they use recycled oil....My car is a 2009 - brand new, but when I got my oil changed here, I had to get it re-done way before my 3000 miles because it was burning off so fast and I was low! I definitely won't be back!! read more

not the best place but not the worst place either.. prices are fair, and service is decent. Just like all oil changes they tell you what you should get done. i was just uncomftorable with the grade of oil that was poured from a yellow spout as i usually get it from the bottle. I will be sticking to the dealer moving forward. read more
