The entire staff was so friendly that it caught me off guard. This place goes above and beyond anything that I've ever experienced. They not only perform an oil change, they clean the interior of your car, and give you a gift card for a car wash. The GM (Al) is goes out of his way to explain everything. And Megan greets and ends with a hug. The prices are reasonable. I can't say anything negative about my experience. Will definitely be coming back!

(Not to mention, there's a lengthy 1-star review complaining about a location in Jackson, not Taylor...) The service was quick, and I wasn't pressured to buy the extras. That, in itself, is worth a 5. But Charles, the Assistant Manager who helped me, was extremely personable and funny. That takes effort, especially when dealing with dozens of customers a day. Never mind the fact that I came in at 3:30pm on a Friday (today), and after a long week, I'm sure it would've been very easy for him to phone-in the interaction. Instead, it was a bright spot in my day. Needless to say, I recommend the place. I don't want to oversell it; I've only been there once. But it was a positive enough experience that I felt compelled to write this review, so there's that.
