They said they would have charged $800 less than Mr. MUFFLER. And Mr MUFFLER spray painted the exhaust pipe under my car as well as left weld stuff under the car. I have pictures. They have high ratings cause they enter their own reviews. They left the cap to my headlight on the transmission. They left the break cap off but why. I called the next day at 3 PM to see if my car was ready and they said about 10 minutes. I picked it up and went home. I noticed that the tire rotation had not been done when the woman behind the counter lied to me. The reason why I know this is because I removed the air cap from the passengers rear tire when I got home. I noticed the same tire was in the rear, and I called and notified them. They told me that sometimes they go side to side instead of front to back. I told him that neither had not been in touched. Also, none of my fluids were topped off as my add fluid for the window light was still on. In the morning the next day, I went to Belle tire and paying them to do the rotation and check my fluids during the inspection. They showed me my cabin and air filter which were filthy and should've been pointed out if Tuffy really did an inspection. I've been going there for the past three years never a problem Tuffy now lost me as a customer and their ethics are horrible. I keep my car impeccable, and don't even know if the oil was changed. Never again and you should be ashamed to yourself.

I made an appointment a week ahead of time because I was told the sale started on June 6th. But when I came in, the price started off at $1350. Then it was $1290. Finally it was $1150. Then I asked to put the one good tire in a bag in the back. Their mechanic used his greasy hands to put the bagged tire in the back. But failed to put the tire in the bag all the way and left all the seats dirty from his hands and the tire Why not put another bag in top of the tire so it doesn't get the seats all dirty? They originally said I would have to wait 4 hours for the tires to be mounted with my appointment because they were busy. I asked them why I made an appointment if I have to wait that long. No answer. But they did finish in 2 1/2 hours. But I guess they were pissed because of the mess they left from the job on the seats. I wouldn't go back to this place ever again Discount tire treats you better and never leave dirt and grease on the seats.
