Got this coupon from Kroger which clearly says $12 any oil change.when I presented this coupon to them, they said it's$12 OFF any oil change

I presented them the coupon which says $12 any oil change but they told me it's $12 OFF on oil change. What a bad way of marketing. Since I was already there I decided to go with the oil change and ended up paying over $50 for synthetic blend after redeeming the coupon. Not going there again.

Honest. Nice. Professional. Quick. Highly recommend. I went here today for an oil change on my high mileage car. The service was great, and I would highly recommend them. Transparent: If you've ever seen investigative reports on TV or read about them, you may be aware that some oil change places will actually pretend to change your oil, when in reality they haven't even drained the oil out out. With this place, you have a video feed of what they're actually doing underneath your hood. You can see the guy screwing, unscrewing, draining, etc. And, they show you what they drained in a measured bucket so you can see. Nice: If you're a female, you don't have to worry about them trying to hit on/upsell you (which is something us females are always on alert for). I heard them crack a few jokes, and they seem like an affable bunch. They also give you a cold bottled water. No useless upsell: I came in for an oil change, and they didn't try to play games about "fluids needing to be flushed" or "your filter needs to be changed" or "this one light needs to be replaced" or anything else. They did, however, advise that I had an engine leak (which I knew previously) and recommended Lucas Oil Heavy Duty treatment to help slow the leak. I've used this before, so was fine with the recommend. Fluids: They did check all the car fluids, and topped up where necessary. Even put air in tires. Value: My high mileage oil change (with Lucas Oil treatment in addition) was only around $40. For those with high mileage cars, this is a decent bargain. Especially when there's no upsell being pushed. I would imagine the price is lower for cars with lower mileage. Overall: The things I listed may seem like minor customer service actions, but because there are many oil change places that operate unscrupulously, the smallest customer service actions shine bright. I recommend this place.

Apparently there was a miscommunication. This is the place to go. They will take care of you. Been coming here since 2013.

Obviously customer satisfaction is not a top priority. After COVID19, my experience with the them became a bad one. They do not adhere to the safety standards. They have masks but only on their mouths. They do not cover their noses. They stick their heads into your car without the masks over their noses while you are sitting in the driver's seat. They touch all kinds of buttons on the steering wheel without having gloves on. They did that to my car and when I used hand sanitizer on the buttons and the steering wheel, the owner took offence to that and said why don't you also wipe the whole windshield on the outside. Obviously he felt insulted from something he should have taken care of to begin with. His workers became rude along side with him. Obviously the owner suffers from a short fuse as far as his temper is concerned ans he is not shy about revealing that. I would not recommend going to his shop since there is a possibility of getting insulted simply because you are trying to protect yourself from a deadly virus. His shop is not safe and there is a potential of customers getting the corona virus.

I always…read moregot full synthetic oil and didn't have any issues until one day I decided to get an oil change before a road trip to New Mexico. Things seemed normal just as every other time I got my oil changed here. Fast forward to 1:00am the following morning as I'm passing Des Moines, Iowa. My oil light goes on and my engine starts going insane. Luckily I was able to make it off of the exit ramp and pull into a gas station that was in front of a hotel. We were now stranded in Iowa. We had to call a mechanic the following day and pay to have the car towed. Once they got our car up there and diagnosed the issue, they told us that our oil was filled TWO QUARTS MORE THAN WHAT THE CAR TAKES. The cost of taking the engine apart and attempting a repair, or replacing the engine was almost more than the car was worth. We were now out of a car and forced to purchase a new vehicle at a dealership in Iowa. On top of that, we lost out on two nights of the house we had pre paid and booked a year in advance and the cost of towing the vehicle back to dearborn and paying for a lawyer to take this case to small claims court made it completely unworthy it. That being said, a word to the wise, take your vehicle to a more professional shop. It's not worth the money you save to have your car destroyed by people that don't take their responsibility seriously.
