I was going to Plymouth, my tire blew out. A gentleman at the close gas station called ahead and they were expecting me. There was a large hole in my tire, which they filled within 30 minutes. Had questions about rims nobody there could answer them, Craig 30 years in the game was the one of the few left that had the answers and the knowledge on fitments for old school cars and race cars will have to find out how to find him, comes highly recommended. read more

Saved $600 purchasing a refurbished rim from these guys as opposed to going with a new one through the dealership. There was a slight mix up initially with what was in stock but they ordered what we needed and had it the very next day by noon! OK first i want to mention the knowledge of the Tires and Wheels and the sizes that come on most all cars, Craig the salesman there has been my tire guy for over 25 years dude really knows his product and has always told us what to buy and what to avoid. When they closed for 3 months, we waited to buy tires and then they're opened and thank you they brought Craig back, we would follow him to any shop he works for. He overhears and sees the other guy's sales and will jump in to save it or help close the deal. And FYI LOL he is very blunt and will speak his mind AND will tell you straight up if your wrong but will prove his point and change your mind.. read more

Brian at Tires Unlimited changed my view of 'tire joints'! After calling around, getting put on hold indefinitely, places not having what I need or not being able to hook me up same day, T.U. not only had what I needed in stock but Brian said 'come on down'! 20 minutes after I arrived, I was rollin down the street with some new rubber! I had a terrible bout of luck a few weeks back with two flat tires in one day. My front passenger tire and my rear passenger tire. The front blew out on Telegraph Road and I just happen to be across the street from Uncle Ken's Tires Unlimited. I got a tow across the street. The tow was unfortunately $60, but the guys at Tires Unlimited took care of me right away and more an EXTREMELY reasonable price! They found me two affordable used tires to put on the front of my car. They did so within 15 minutes or less - it was great, QUICK service! They made me feel right at home. I received a great price and friendliness. They had fresh coffee and free Wi-Fi, not that in the 15 minutes I was there I could have taken advantage of these things, but they were offered. It was great customer care and respect. Later that same day, my back passenger tire went flat. I was BUMMED to say the least. At this point, Uncle Ken's Tires Unlimited had closed, but I took the tire itself back in the next morning and they patched it for me for free and again, in 15 minutes or so. They were again fun and friendly people to be around. Very caring and a family-business feel. I could not believe that they didn't charge me for the patch. I was so appreciative. I will DEFINITELY be buying two new back tires from Uncle Ken's Tires Unlimited when the time comes. I would recommend this company to anyone, even if it is a bit of a drive from where you are. I dealt with this company 10+ years ago. The experience was POSITIVE. I've never written about it before, but I HAVE recommended them many times to friends & family. I had a '94 Explorer Limited at the time (I think the LIMITED part referred to my budget!) I came in hoping to buy 2 new tires & the staff worked it out so that I was able to purchase my very 1st FULL set of "4" brand new/ brand name tires! I especially told the story to my Firemen friends, as I was told previously (by a FF) they kind of like us in there.
