I had my tires rotated last week, their computers were down so the services they were offering were limited, so they were slow, which was nice, I got in and out pretty quickly. BUT then days later I heard my brakes grinding. After I looked, I need a brake job! You would think they would have let me know, used that as an opportunity to get my brake business!! I made an appointment for (what their website says they offer) a free vehicle inspection at 9 am. When I get there I'm told that the mechanics are both doing jobs two hour jobs. It was suggested that I come back tomorrow at 8. On top of that I was told it would be $140 to run a scan on my car. read more

I'm posting this message to anyone and everyone who may have read what I wrote approximately four or five days ago regarding my displeasure with Belle Tire at that specific moment. I am pleased to report to anyone who reads this, that the tire issue has been resolved and I was lucky and privileged to work with Chuck who got me an appointment at the Woodhaven store to have my tire replaced at zero cost. The tire was of the same tread the same make everything was identical to the other three tires obviously except the age because I'm only getting one tire. they were very nice and efficient at the Woodhaven store I was probably in and out and under 35 maybe 40 minutes and that's just due to the fact that I showed up early. I would like to express my genuine thanks to Chuck and Belle Tire team at Woodhaven for making this right. I am man enough to say I'm sorry that I blew up in the manner in which I did and used this forum potentially in a rather negative manner. Unfortunately, lately it seems that every time I deal with a major company such as banks, car dealers, or township issues, there is always some reason that they can't or won't meet you half way and apparently the day that I wrote that post I was at the end of my rope and I had had absolutely enough of people trying to flip all of the blame back on me... at least that's how it seemed. Unlike most of corporate America I don't believe the customer is always right... I do believe that there's always enough blame to go around for both the customer and the company-corporations. I've worked for the public more than once and I've met some crazy crazy people on the Customer side and sometimes it makes me wonder how they even exist in this world when they won't except any kind of responsibility on their part. I have no problem replacing broken parts that's my job, that's my responsibility I hope it wasn't taken that I was blaming them for the parts that broke, things can break even when they're brand new all I wanted was a tire and they did that. In closing I would like to say thank you once more to Belle Tire for making this right from my old truck and if I have miss use this forum in any manner that is inappropriate, I deeply and sincerely apologize. Mike Champagne is wonderful every time I come in (and at the rate I drive directly in to potholes, I come in my fair share!). This location has the best workers I've encountered and Mike definitely helps bring up that standard. I never feel like they're trying to pull one over on me just because I'm a female, and they're always incredibly helpful/respectful. Absolutely wonderful service!!! I do not reside in the area anymore, but will drive 30-40+ minutes to come this specific location for service. They have gone above and beyond each and every time that I have needed service and do not overcharge or up-sell anything! Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but you can make an appointment online and be in and out within that time frame. I have had a flat at 6:00am, dropped off my vehicle, left the keys in the dropbox, made the appointment online, and by 10:00am, my car is fixed and ready to go. The staff at this location are professional, dedicated, and most of all, relatable. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone who needs tire services. read more

My tire pressure warning indication kept on even I refilled air, so stopped by Belle Tire, Taylor just to check if the service was available since it was almost time to closed the business. Assistant manager Bill asked me to wait & within 10 minutes, he showed me huge nail was on my tire. Please give them your business! They helped a mommy out a few days ago. Got into the airport after working 2 weeks straight. Pulled out of my space @ the parking lot and stopped beecause something sounded different. My tire was flat. I threw on my hazzards, decided to roll slowly to get air. The tire started coming off of the rim! To make a longer story short, the guys at Belle Tire in Taylor temporarily fixed my cracked rim and put my tire back on WITHOUT A FEE so that I could get home to my little ones!! I work 12 to 13 hours a day and when I get a nail in my tire they always tell me they're booked solid and I have to leave it for the next day in order to lose a day's work apparently they're understaffed or they're just lazy I don't know what I'm going to start going to Budget Tire I'll buy all my new tires from there read more

We've always been impressed with OUR Belle Tire on Eureka in Taylor. They've always been up front, honest and fixed our problems. They do it with a smile and are genuinely glad to help. We've had multiple cars over the years and always go there. This time was unique. My husband brought my car in for tires, they did a wonderful job and got the tires on, mounted and balanced in record time and for a fair price (they beat everybody else's price and the customer service is always better). They put my car in the parking lot and when my husband was done he went out and...the car wouldn't start. It's old, things happen. What impressed us is that Rich C., the assistant manager of the store, provided so much help. He brought his tools out and checked to make sure the battery connections were solid and once my husband came back with a new battery, he helped secure the battery. He was extremely helpful and my husband and I are both very grateful for his help. We ended up having to tow the car to our mechanic but the customer service at Belle Tire was what we have always expected, absolutely top notch, unbeatable and then going above that. I've been to this Belle Tire three times now. It's 40 minutes from my house and there is a different Belle Tire (literally) two minutes from my house. I'll go to this one every time. They've taken great care of me, made it easy for me to understand and been very reasonable with their prices. Each of the employees I've dealt with have been patient, understanding and answered all of my questions. All my repairs were done within the estimated time and with no additional cost. I finally feel like I've found a car repair shop that I can trust. read more

If I could leave a 10-star review I would! Crazy is as crazy does, life has a way of showing you there are still some great people out there in the world. Long story short, my car essentially blew up on my way to the Detroit airport due to a faulty exhaust system. I called an Uber driver that happened to personally know Paul, one of the managers at this location. If it hadn't been for him, I would have either had to store my car at a facility for 11 days which would have cost me $1000, or had it towed back to my home for (you guessed it) $1000. Literally more than what I bought the car for. He agreed to keep it for me for the duration of my trip for free but took it even further by having a specialist look it over for me (also FREE) to tell me what went wrong with it. Even more so, he was nice enough to help me send some of my personal belongings back to my house via FedEx pick-up. There are no words in my vocabulary for this type of kindness, especially when I really needed it most. On our way from Sudbury to Florida and we had a flat on our run flat. Lucky us that it happened right off 75 where Belle Tire is located. They were prompt and courteous on the phone and were able to fix our flat in no time. They got us back on our way and we made it to our destination. VERY SLOW!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Came in and waited 2 hours for 2 tires only to walk outside with the tires on the wrong wheels. For some reason they decided to place new tires on the rear end of a front wheel drive vehicle. Walked back in to get it fixed and they said they were too busy and it would be another 2 hours. Trusting your car to someone is such a risk I realized after my encounter with this belle tire. I took my car in for a routine alignment, and they had it ready in a very timely fashion just two hours later a rep called and said I could picked it up.. Before hanging up i was asked if my "car ever stalls out?" to which I said "No never, I have never had that problem before". then I was informed that during the test drive it stalled out and basically had to coast it back into the lot. In need of my car I pick it up. And when driving it off the lot from the moment it started the motor is ticking. Two hours prior, when dropping her off this was not an issue. A short ride home and I noticed the sound increased while accelerating all the way there.. Worried, I cautiously started it back up an hour later and in ten minutes it over-heated and started leaking antifreeze and broke down in Delray. After replacing an old hose seal fixing the leak, and refilling antifreeze I was back on the road. Within still 24 hours and only about a half hour of actual Running/driving time from the time I picked it up, I noticed the ticking sound increasing in volume. It's an awful feeling when your car starts to make a noise like this. I was ready to contact Belle Tire at this time. Very courteously on the phone I was told to bring her in for a diagnosis. With my car running for about 15 seconds, his Mechanic ear could tell it was a rod knocking. 5 to 100 miles they estimated before it takes a complete S#!T. I was then quoted around 3,200 for them to work on it. What.. Leave my car here again? :| Now I'm car-less, and new/used car shopping. I'm about to junk my baby with that fresh alignment. I'm just happy she got to ride strait and smooth for her last few hours. I just feel so bad for how dirty she was done And I even payed for it. read more

This is one of my favorite locations for getting work done on my car or my wife's. I like the fact that they don't try to push you into unnecessary repairs like when they checked them for my wife when replacing a front end part. They also honor warranties that we've forgotten about. They replaced some front end parts that they said had a lifetime warranty on them from a prior repair 5+ years ago. We had long forgotten and never thought that they would be under warranty still. read more

I am not happy with the service I received at this location. I have gone to other Belle Tire service centers and got great comprehensive service and felt I could trust them not to over-charge me, do unnecessary work on my vehicle, or "fix" my car only to have me find there is still a problem after I pay for the work. Unfortunately, I have not had the same experience at this location as I have at other locations. Prices were high, problems weren't fixed, no sense of trust from the workers that they are trying to do right by me. Something straight up broke off of my car while it was in the shop and they didn't even tell me about it, just put the bottom side rail in the trunk with no explanation about what happened to my vehicle. Car comes back without the real problem being resolved, and then they want to charge me another $900 to do the work they should have completed the first time. I will never go back here again. read more
