My granddaughter 's wedding was in September, near Frankenmuth. The week before, my car started acting up -- vibrating when driving. I knew it had to be fixed, but wasn't sure where to take it in for service. I was driving down Telegraph, on my way home and I drove past the Metro 25 Tire-Firestone shop. This place is fucking terrible. I was told that it was going to be a 30-35 minute wait, until they could look at my car. It took them a hour and a half to get my car inside to even look at it. Then it took them another hour to figure out what was wrong with my windshield wiper nozzle, another hour to get the wrong part in, another hour to realize it was the wrong part, another hour to actually get the right part, and 30 minutes to put it in. That's about six hours of 2 Broke Girls and shitty Court tv with no coffee. And during this they whole ordeal they sparingly gave me any updates, I had to keep going up to the counter to ask. The guy was at least pleasant to me even though he called me by the wrong name multiple times. read more

My son got a flat tire on his way to work and needed assistance. I called the business to give them my credit card information so that my son could get to work. Apparently I spoke with a "manager"....he said they don't take credit card payments over the phone because they could get screwed if someone disputes the charge. How juvenile and ghetto. What kind of business doesn't take credit cards over the phone? He then proceeded to tell me that they do work that costs thousands of dollars. Well my son just needed his tire changed out. The manager said no exceptions, if they do pay by phone for one person they have to do it for everybody. Seriously? How pompous! This is how you run a business? I'll never go anywhere else again! :) I will go out of my way to have my vehicle taken here. FINALLY! A place with good prices, where people care to help you as honestly, safely, cheaply, and as quickly as possible. If they don't have something in stock it's usually there by the next day. Their also open on Sundays, so keep that in mind when everything else is closed and your in a bind. The guys working there take customer services seriously and are extremely helpful. They explain everything in detail and try to save their customers money but still give them the items they need. I was half attempted to offer one of them a job with the company I work for because I'm always looking for good employees. They were that great! Location: The store is located on the corner of Telegraph rd. and Goddard Rd. Theirs a parking lot entrance leading in from both streets so you don;t have to fight the traffic of Telegraph to get in and out. I made the mistake of taking my pick-up to these people for a wheel alignment after lowering my truck. Here's what I don't understand, the guy doing the alignment was upset that the truck was out of alignment and was complaining that it didn't have adjustment cams (2015 Ford F-150 don't have them) and that he was going have to align the truck. It took 3 hours for that and by the time I drove 1/12 miles home it was out of alignment because he didn't tighten the bolts for the lower control arms. Hit a pothole on my way to work today. Had the donut put on then, called this place because my boyfriend bought a set of tires from them a couple months ago. I called to make an appointment because I don't like to wait. Michael fit me in the same day. I showed up 20 minutes early and they had my car in the bay in less than 5 minutes. Sadley the tire is toast. They offered a replacement that matched what was already on my car. Then installed it right away and I was out of there in minutes. I would definatley recommend this place. Had a small puncture in the tread of my tire which I found myself with soapy water. Took car to Metro 25 and described exactly where the leak was and asked to have the tire taken off and patched from the inside. When paying the $25 bill was told it was a rim leak, I said again that there was o hole in tread. They told me that they patched it also. Made it about 3/4 of the way home and it was going flat, had to put the spare on. Took it to a reputable shop the next day and found that it had never been patched read more

I've always had a inherent lack of trust for car repair places; not here. They've always been helpful and honest. When I had a cracked rim they were very up front about the costs and that they probably weren't the best price. They've taken care of minor issues for me free of charge; definitely the best place to take your vehicle. read more

my car's front end was pretty much falling out. Metro took it in right away and inspected. told me everything I needed and the cost. since I couldn't afford all at that time. they told me the major concerns especially concerning safety. and told me the others could wait short term. repaired the car within the day and the costs were the same as estimated. ( no surprises ) everyone working there are professional and easy going. I have never seen a shop with all the employees enjoying their job. Happy employees do very good work. I am very satisfied. the cost was even towards the lower side instead of higher. a little under the middle of other shops I researched. I will be there again soon to complete the remaining work needed. read more

My husband and I stopped in here tonight literally 1 minute before they closed. We ran over something in the road and needed a plug placed in our tire. Even in a blizzard they stayed open to fix our tire for us. I know what an inconvenience it was to the men in the shop to have to wait around but they fixed it very fast and had us back on the road. Good customer service is a must this day in age and they definitely made a repeat customer here!!! read more

These guys prove how nasty repair shops (and people in general) can be.... Stopped in while getting quotes for a repair. Manager said it should be about $300, with $80 diagnosis charge going toward repair. Few days later, after choosing them for the repair, I bring it in and a cocky clerk (not the same guy) got me in quite quickly assuring me it shouldn't be more than a couple hours. Fine. An hour and a half later, the cocky clerk brings me an estimate for nearly $500 with charges not previously discussed with manager days prior, PLUS the diagnosis fee tacked on, not deducted. When I calmly dispute, he turns on the "Bad Customer" mode and his tone suddenly changes to the "impatiently friendly" and I then become "THAT customer".... He says he has no knowledge of such a policy and still wants to charge me the $80 on top of the repair, BUT he will see what he can do. Another TWO HOURS goes by, I think deliberately, until he finally comes and tells me he has to have the part delivered from the warehouse, which will be another two hours. NOT necessary. Well, darned if the guy didn't deliver the wrong part, plus the weather was bad, so guess what? It is another 3 hours until they finally got around to fixing my car. They unapologetically kept me there from 8am until 5pm for an overpriced, hour and a half repair. Manager guy showed up and ultimately "did me the favor" of honoring the policy of the $80 going toward the repair as discussed days prior. Never raised my voice, made a scene or became rude, but I ended up being "THAT customer" that needed to be made an example out of..... NEVER AGAIN! Avoid these clowns. read more

Have been buying tires here for over 15 years. Have been thru 3 sets of BF Goodrich Radial Long Trails getting over 80,000 miles with proper rotation. Just bought a set of Firestone Destinations and within 5 miles was back to buy a second set. They are incredibly quiet and should give me the same life as the others. Prices were fair, their was a willingness to "negotiate", and service was performed in a very timely manner. read more
