I knew I needed to have my front brakes replaced on my truck and after seeing the good reviews I…read moregave John's Garage a call for an estimate. Bobby gave me a super reasonable price and said he'd be able to get the truck in the next business day. He completed the work within hours and then was able to accommodate my schedule on when to pick up my truck. He also recommended that I get my rear brakes replaced as well, but did not push or pressure. He also sent pictures of my old brakes and kept me informed throughout the process. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time to replace the rears. You can tell Bobby cares about his clients and providing them the best service and price which is extremely appreciated.

There is a notice by the building front from the city that the "building should not be occupied". This guy ignore this notice and continue running business. Also this guy expect his customers to go and seat at Taco Bell next door for their car rather than seating in his own office because he does not have insurance that cover customers seating in his office. I have never heard of any person operating a legitimate business like this. Stay away from this business if you don't want to deal with shady business.

This shop is good in terms of being friendly and attending to you on time. The major set back for…read morethis shop is that their work are not guarantee, that means they may do something for you today and you have any complaint about it the next day; they will expect you to pay for their labor again. This doesn't make any sense to me. Even a mobile workshop guarantee whatever they do on your car for a lease 1yr. These guys will guarantee the parts they use on your car, which is the manufacture warrantee, but they won't give you any warranty for labor. I feel if they know they are doing a good job for their customers, they should have no problem giving their customers warranty for the job they did. This is my main reason of giving them 4 stars. The bottom line is that you should be aware that when you take your car to this shop for any repair you won't get any warranty for the job they will do on your car and this may end up costing you a lot more if they don't do job right the first time.

5 stars! My car had…read morea small engine fire due user error. In speaking with everyone I have ever met, it was assumed the alternator was broken. In speaking with the Owner, he knew right what the problem was (Not the alternator). Not only did he fix my car, but he fixed it for much less than I thought I was going to pay! He was very honest & called me every step of the way during my process. He was so honest, my husband asked him to look at my breaks too. The owner told me my breaks were NOT in direct need of repair, but told me if I did want to replace them-how much that would cost. We ended up not replacing the breaks (hey, they don't need it yet!), but when they do need work- I'm rushing back to AAS! I will recommend this place to everyone I know in the area. Fast service (car was fixed when they said it would be). Fair prices (I called around) & the kind of honesty you can expect going to someone you trust!

Had me in and out in an hour and everyone was very personable. I asked for a general inspection and oil change and they managed to find things that the local dealership hadn't in nearly two years; going above and beyond to make sure everything was double checked and taken care of. Mechanic even went ahead and took care of grease points, tire pressure, and other little odds and ends I wouldn't have recalled to ask for. He also would double back with me to inform me about things he found and recommended getting serviced and/or replaced, showing me the proof of why and offering options. I ended up giving him the go ahead on everything. It was nice to feel involved and informed every step of the process while knowing exactly who was working on my car. They didn't even mind that I just hung around nearby while the work was done, which shows a distinct level of confidence and trustworthiness. Would definitely recommend!
