In all that time, we've had good service, decent pricing, speedy repair, etc. The one time they screwed up fixing something (which was ~7 years ago), we got refunded a lot of money, plus the cost of the repairs we had to do out-of-state (we were on vacation at the time). I dropped my Jeep off with a list of small things to fix. Some of them were 10 to 20 minute issues. I have been going to Mark's for 3 years now. I like to buy cheap used cars and take them to Mark and he has always helped. I am a guy who can do it himself but would rather pay any price to have someone else do it. For some reason, either lasiness or stupidity, Mark chose to do nothing, not even call. And when I got there they just said they didn't want to mess with it. I've been a customer of Mark's Auto for about 3 years now. The shop appears to employ very knowledgable, friendly, and trustworthy mechanics. I have continued to bring my vehicles in for minor to somewhat major repairs due to the very competitive pricing and quality of work. Recently, I had a repeat air conditioning issue which was complex and required me to bring it in 3 separate times. I expressed my frustration and Mark responded promptly and professionally. He apologized for the inconvenience, explained the complexity of the matter, and personally kept me up to date on the repair status until its completion.
