I was referred here by my neighbor, and went over to get my AC fixed, which broke during a heatwave. Brought the car in on my appointment earlier today, and it was done within the day! I was honestly expecting this to take longer, but I'm super impressed with how quickly and well they got it done! They made everything pretty easy to understand, too, even for someone who doesn't really work with cars at all. The guys working the counter were nice, too. I was trying to get a slow tire leaked fixed. I had been topping off the pressure many times over months. It was losing a pound a day in the cold weather. Express was my third try. On the first try I went to Costco with an appointment. After waiting 45 minutes, they told me they still were not ready and did not know when they would be. So I cancelled and left. Costco is famous for making people wait to excess. On the 2nd try I went to Monroe with an appointment, but they said they did not see the apointment on their system - it being a new off-shore reservation system that did not always work. We left the car. We came back in 45 minutes and they had not started. They were confused about which car was my car thinking it needed transmission cover work. I finally got them to look at the tire, and they said they could not find a leak but to come back if it keeps leaking. That was after I had already explained that I was refilling it every few days when I took it in. Communications at Monroe needs work. So on the third try I wend to Express Tire Saline with an appointment. They started on it right away. They spent no small time diagnosing the problem. It was not the tire nor the valve as I had thought. It was corrosion around the rim allowing the slow leak. They had to dunk it in soapy water and then remove the tire from the rim altogether to find this, and then they had to grind off the rim corrosion to fix it and apply a rim sealant. For $28 cost to me (staying with their phone price quoted) I think they deserve some Kudos here. The tire has not lost any air since they took care of this. I highly recommend Express Tire Saline for tire repair, and they do other work there too. :-) read more

This place is amazing. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I bought a used car today and it started making a strange noise, I stopped off at Express Tire and they immediately figured out that a bolt was missing, replaced the bolt, and kept my nine-year-old entertained the whole time. They told me they had to charge me more for balancing and rotating my tires because it took so many weights to balance them. They weren't even close to being balanced. I crawled under and looked and there was not an excessive amount of weights on any tires. If you have any other options for doing business with I would go somewhere else. read more

I just had four new oversize off-road tires installed on my 4Runner, which are notoriously sensitive to balancing issues. I was in and out in about 35 minutes, and Express Tire was the first installer to get the balancing correct the first time. Three other shops had wheel weights stuck all over the place, one even stacked weights on top of other weights, and the steering wheel still wobbled at highway speeds. On top of the fast and excellent installation, the prices for name brand tires were equal to those at "D" and "B" tire stores, and they charge more for installation. Great job guys! read more

We've been coming to this facility for car repairs since we moved to the area 10+ years ago. I couldn't be more pleased with our choice. We did a bit of shopping around when the need first arose, but settled here initially mainly because of friendly customer service over the phone. I had my car towed to here (recommended by my tow truck driver) because a hose broke. They told me it was $160 to repair. That was fine. But then they called me back and said I had some hoses that were "soft" and should be replaced - an extra $415. I told them to go ahead. After I picked up my car, I looked at the maintenance records and realized they had re-replaced my alternator hoses that was just done 4 months earlier (they were soft because they were new). I first went to Express Tire on recommendation from a friend. I was very pleasantly surprised. Their prices are some of the best in town. They are very honest as well. There has been some work that I thought needed to be done, but as it turns out, it didn't need to be at that time. They really seem to have the customer's best interest at heart. I've been to shops that would replace blinker fluid if you asked them to, so it was really nice to find an honest shop that has done great work. Since then, I've had them do a few sets of breaks and rotors and replace an automatic shifter linkage cable. Their work has always been excellent and timely.
