I've been going here since 1997 and have always gotten great service. Their prices have gone up, but that's maybe due to the economy idk for sure about that, and have heard cheaper is available so I gave 4 instead of 5 stars for that. But they never tried to sell me anything I didn't really need, nor had any problems with anything they fixed. I just visited them yesterday. They were speaking underneath their breath and being super shady. Went for a simple oil change and all the things the receipt said they did, they did not. Also, he told the guy not to change my dirty filter and so I asked him again if he did, and he lied to my face. No one could reset my Honda 2009 Fit oil percentage in my dashboard. I never went somewhere that they didn't know how to do that. Today my car is rattling from underneath. They changed the oil from underneath my car. I believe they did something on purpose to mess up my car. I will take it to the mechanic and I will find out. I just tuned up my car and got it checked. Everything is fine. Something told me to back up and just wait out the line in Valvoline. I should've read more

I find the 1-star review below hard to believe. These guys are polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and super friendly. I brought my new-used 2011 Ford Taurus here for my first oil change as new owner and was not oversold on anything. They explained to me that the Royal Purple oil is good for 12,000 miles, and for the extra $15, that's worth it to me! I'm also not kidding when I say that 2 separate guys other than the main gentleman helping me came to offer me coffee, cappuccino, or water! Support your LOCAL oil change place. 5-stars!!! read more

Went there with my vehicle for an oil change. I called prior to showing up and asked if they carried motorcraft oil! He told me "yes, yes, yes" and I came up. I asked and made sure that he had and was using motorcraft and I got the same "yes, yes, yes" but come to find out he DIDNT! Lmfao I love the bait and switch. read more

I had an issue with my car shortly after an oil change once and the manager had no problem looking over it for me and even gave me some suggestions (wasn't anything they did), even my daughter enjoys coming to get an oil change! Came here twice & love the service! Automatically gave us $6 off the semi-synthetic oil change (which is only $42 here verses $65+ at any valvoline oil change location). A man came and offered water, coffee, or popcorn while we waited. In total it took about 12 minutes for our oil change! Awesome staff and very very friendly!! The guy also told us that the next time we come in, $6 will be automatically deducted once more out of our total. I'm actually disappointed in Mike at this establishment. I had been going to this place since I moved to the area in 2016. Even up until recently and I no longer stay remotely close to this place. On a Friday I got an oil change and trans flush. On that following Monday Mike replaced my o2 sensors and repaired my transmission mount (that he suggested was a needed repair). I trusted him. He has changed my oil for 5 years. This was the first time he ever offered to fix my car. I had another car that had issues and he suggested a shop. When I left the shop my car was shaking bad. Worse than before. I had to call the shop for 2 weeks before he called me back and he only offered to put it on his computer AGAIN & he told me it needed a tune up but he never told me that while he had my car or when I picked it up. Also my oil life was at a 5% just a week after my oil change. I had to take my car somewhere else just to find out he messed up a lot of things. My climate control that worked fine now it doesn't blow heat or air on your feet no matter what you select. I spent $827 on the repairs, oil change, and trans flush. $177 was on the books and the $650 for the repairs was under the table. I thought it was because it wasn't a repair shop only an oil change facility but apart of me feel like he had intentions of conning me. read more

The staff is deceitful. I took my corvette there for an oil change. They had run out of oil filters for my car, so they went to the local auto part store to buy one. Before the staff member left for the auto parts store, I asked if they would buy a particular high performance oil filter. They explained to me that I would have to pay the difference. I agreed. The staff member came back and ran to the lower level of the garage and install the oil filter he had gotten from the auto parts store. They then asked me to pay the higher price for the oil change with the high performance oil filter. I asked to see the box that the filter came in, and it was not the filter I asked for and agreed to pay for, but a no name, cheap, generic filter. It was not the filter I agreed to. The staff member installed the filter but did not tell me it was not what I requested, but still charged me as if they had installed the high performance filter, I requested. The price I paid was not for the product I received. No one apologize, or tried to explain. They are dishonest and very deceitful. Do not take your car to this shop. All they want to do is up sale you anyway they can!!! read more

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars this is the worst place ever was getting oil changed and they started to new oil in before the old was even drained all the way out when I said something the person doing it started to cruse at me and when i asked for a manager to talk to he said I was F***ed because he was the manager and i should just shut the F*** up what a great way to run a business they will never see another penny from me and everyone I know I will let them know not to go there read more
