After weighing all of my options from new rim and/or tire to a reclaimed set, I settled on Tire Stop. I chose Tire Stop for a few reasons. Tire Stop was recommended by a coworker. I politely thanked him, but I have always bought new when caring for my vehicles. After all, my nearly new Honda Fit doesn't even have 15k miles on it. Priced that option at $500 (eegads!). Going to a reclamation center (junk yard) was still going to be ~$300. Really? I finally made my appointment (HIGHLY recommend). How about $53 with tax AND a tire (AND a warranty). I took my car to a tire store and was told my rim and tire were ruined. The guys at Tire Stop showed me the nick in the side wall of my tire and they told me my steel rims are nearly indestructible and a new rim was not needed. The Tire Stop guys will not try to scare you, or bully you or lie to get your money. Small shops as these need our support. Check them out!

I believe this is a SAFETY hazard and can also damage the tire. When I spoke to the store manager, ray scrivener. he blamed a faulty air pump and offered to "check the air in the other tires" and offered no other remediation. I am concerned about the integrity about that tire which was dangerously overfilled. I have relied on discount tire and that particular store for years but I will not be back. When the basics are wrong how can you trust anything else.

Price included tires, balancing and tire disposal. I couldn't believe how fast they work. Four tires taken off the vehicle, the old tires taken off the rims, the new tires put on the rims, and the tires put back on the vehicle and balanced done in only 20 mins.
