They then told me it would be another 20 mins. So after another 30 mins they texted and said the truck was having issues and would be delayed. I asked for an eta and they said 'at least an hr. The truck is broke down so we sent out another.' I said 'okay, what's the eta for that one, then?' He said 'an hr.' Nope. I told him to cancel, that it was bs, and I would call someone else. He said 'well, as i said our truck broke down.' I replied 'good, saves me from paying for your crappy service.' Then he sent a laugh emoji. Unacceptable. They could have told me after the first 20 mins that the truck was having issues, yet they just kept stringing me along.
