Stranded at arrivals with a dead battery that wouldn't hold a jump. AKC promptly answered the phone, quoted a fair price and arrived on the scene in 25 minutes as quoted in the early evening. Within a reasonable amount of time our vehicle was hooked up and headed to where we requested. read more

Stranded at the domestic pick up lane with a dead battery. They picked up the phone quickly, were on the scene fast and when the traffic backed up so they couldn't get close to us to charge our battery, one jumped out of the tow vehicle and walked the entire length of the pick up lane with a charger. They are very professional, quick and affordable. Fantastic service! read more

AKC towing was not only quick to respond to a Sunday evening request for a tow, but they were incredibly polite and helpful. The driver made sure I had arrangements to get where I needed to go and was very patient and professional while I made arrangements. Highly recommend. read more

We used our Lincoln roadside assistance and Mac's towing responded quickly. They told us he would be to us in an hour and he arrives in 25 minutes. He, also, notified us when he was on his way. He had our door open within ten minutes and it did not look easy. He was very kind and courteous despite it being midnight and even helped us put the luggage in the trunk! I had no idea what was wrong with my car. I explained the issue to the tow driver, who arrived in about an hour's time. He didn't offer any solutions or suggestions, but I was still grateful for his professionalism and timeliness. He also allowed me to ride with him to my home - which was supremely valuable. Eventually I hit one and my tire instantly deflated. I jumped out of the car and started taking a look when Chris pull up and asked if I needed any help. He just happened to be driving by and saw someone that could use some help. He jumped out of his truck and changed my tire in the rain and couldn't have been more pleasant to talk to. Chris is a great dude and is a great reminder that there are awesome people out in the world who just want to help other people.

Most tow companies, I don't think, would even bother with something so minor but Chris was there within ten minutes and had it jump started quickly. He also didn't charge me much at all. The second time, my truck spun out on a back road and got stuck in a snow bank. I couldn't really give much information on where I was because I wasn't sure but Chris arrived again within 20 minutes and had my truck pulled out in five minutes (and again, for very cheap). I also loved his "manager", a senior German Shepherd who rides shotgun. I would definitely use them again.

I'm giving this company a 5-Star rating and here's why. Courteousness and fairness are the most…read moreimportant things to me. Today, my brother's vehicle broke down in Southfield. He needed to have the vehicle towed to Canton. Henderson Towing & Auto Repair in Oak Park told us it would be $250 and the wait would be 1 hour. Instead, we sat and waited over 2.5 hours with 3 phone calls to obtain an ETA, and got the run around each time. So, using Google I found T&T's Towing. I told the gentleman our situation. He was told the vehicle was also an AWD (because you can only use a flatbed with AWDs), and our location. He gave us a very reasonable price, told us he would be there in 10 minutes, and he was! He held to his word! Upon arriving, he was courteous, got the vehicle loaded onto the flatbed, and delivered it to the repair shop as requested. If I ever need a towing service in the future, I will be calling T&T's Towing.
