Darren Dalsis 1 review…read morejust now Albert representing Will-Star Towing & Recon is worthy of sincere praise from a fool that didn't watch his gas gauge, that's me. Albert is "caring-big-brother to the rescue", and now a friend. He demonstrated the highest quality care surpassing all expectations. Here's the full rip to make credible tonight's events, accurate and real. Ignorance Facing Reality- The average wait time for roadside service is roughly 90 minutes to 2 hours on a weekday night after 7pm. That's garbage, take it to the trash. My argument to the other tow companies was simple. Don't you think people would be a bit more anxiety-riddled on the side of the road at night stranded, than in the middle of the day, promising a 35 minute wait time. I bowed my head and said help me Jesus, please help me find somebody that will come out here real quick because I need to get home. Skepticm- I was made aware that many of these businesses look for the quick cash grab; world of desperation, easy to over-promise, under-deliver, and still get paid without any recourse. Vultures and Heinas. Game-Changer - Then moments later I gave his number a call. He said "My drivers are out and I can promise 45 minutes... But dang you sound like you need help now, I'm coming, in my own car to get you set up and home." Clearly, this man has an empathy for those who are stranded. The good natured-Albert has that internal provocation to meet the needs of those who have a need to be met. He's okay when you're okay. Still Skeptical *sorry Albert* - My unfortunate suspicion was he was probably going to hit me up hard for like $150 upon arrival in cash only. Here we go, something nefarious.. Then I realized paranoia was upon me because of my frustration, unbelief that Albert could be someone doing this good-natured act when all the other companies were literally trying to screw me and make me wait all damn night. Even after calling Albert and him making the guarantee he was on his way, my own distrusting attitude left me still throwing out nets on all sides of my boat calling every tow truck company and seeing who got there first. I also forced FCA roadside program to collaborate so that they would intentionally send out multiple tow truck companies because I was burned a week earlier. Embarrassing Deja Vu - Last week, this "out of gas" event took place and it was a mess. I literally waited for 4 hours because I trusted that the assigned tow co. would show up and they did not. I'm hoping to get my gas gauge corrected and calibrated so that no more issues arise; Promises Delivered - Albert shows up, hooks me up and gets the job done. And is a cool, polite, and good person... And I'm telling you to give Albert a call if you or any family member has a need for rescue. He's going to show up take care of the need. Trust me. I never have had issues like this.. Twice in a week.. His phone number is now a stored contact at his request, "call anytime, it's not about the money...just here to help you when you need." Comedy met with Class - The tow truck company that did show up, nameless, 10 minutes after Albert did, didn't have proper gas can for my vehicle. What? What if Albert wasn't there...? Albert volunteered to give the guy the "gas can neck" from his gas can so that they could actually put their gas in my car as well. And they "nameless"were the ones guaranteed payment. Albert didn't mind. It wasn't a shake down, or a feeling of been played. I felt real bad thinking, Albert has to get paid. But I ended up getting him taken care on payment as well, thanks to the FCA roadside supervisor Julie. Follow-Up Care - Albert calls me 15 minutes later to check on me and thank me for my business. Unprecedented. I don't care if you're delivering a pizza, selling a house, or bringing in a few gallons of gas to help an idiot on the side of the road who just isn't paying attention to his gas gauge. The fact that he followed up to make sure I was all good, sealed the deal for me to spend time writing this review even though it's painful to type in this app. Worth it.

I was so disappointed when the car did not start but fortunately I found the phone number on line for Close Towing . A nice guy answered the phone and told me that someone would be out in 45 minutes. Since Troy Towing hasn't been reviewed and I have an estimated wait time of 30-45 minutes for a tow…read moreI thought I would write their first review. A small collision in the suburbs of Troy. Everyone is safe and that's all that matters. However the aftermath always seems to take so much time and money. Insurance dictated that the towing be under 200$ to be covered. A little crazy since all parties have suggested towing to either a yard or storage. So that's two tow trips and one already costs over 110$ (estimate from Troy Towing). Anyway, I called Troy Towing and they immediately answered which was awesome. They appear to be open 24/7 for all those accident prone people. I can come back to this review once the whole process/experience has been completed. My hope is it doesn't take them 45 minutes to come since they are only 2 miles away... It's 5:50 (called 5:30). Let's see how long they take! :) Update: Well, it took them longer than I expected it to. Pick-up time 6:40pm. Drop off at the collision place 6:50. It was a fairly standard experience. He was fast and it was clear he wanted to jam out of there at the end. Price: 100$ for hook up fee 10$ for mileage 5$ for credit card fee Some dislikes: You get charged 5$ dollars extra if you use your credit card. When the gentlemen says "It'll be 110$ (2.5mi)" and then says "But if you are paying with credit card then it's 115$." Yeah... Not many people carry over 100+ dollars on them in 2017. Also, when I said where I was going to have them deliver they paused and said there was much better. Honestly, there very well could be but the car insurance company gave a list of companies and that's what you go with. They were fine. I hope I never have to call them again but I'm not sure I would given other choices.
