Great service , super fast with good prices and friendly drivers . It happened that I called Saturday night other few towing companies but they all had answering machines. I got lucky with Lorenzo's that came in matter of minutes. Text them you will be satisfied and safe with them. read more

Super fast and really nice guys. Also by far the least expensive of the 5 tow companies i called near downtown Royal Oak. All the other companies wanted 1.5x-2x the cash price I was quoted and paid. They were on time, and not only beat me to the drop off location under 2 miles away, the car was already off the back of their truck and exactly where i'd asked him to leave it far up the driveway. I was impressed with the maneuverability the driver had with that big truck and my car on the back. Thank you both again, and you're who I'll be calling first if I need help in the future! read more

I got my car stuck in a ditch pretty bad last winter and they showed up in 20 minutes and got it out right away; AND it was cheaper than having my own insurance tow it (AAA). A few days ago he also towed 3 cars for me in about an 2 hours. Great service, very quick read more

we called roadside assistance at 9am they didn't show up till12:30 once they got here they were upset because I refused for them to start the truck because DEF was added to the fuel tank and that we can not get the truck in neutral without starting it and starting it was not a option. than they owning company asked how can they get it on the truck I had to sit and explain how the other company did there job and did it correctly without starting the vehicle. The driver than called his supervisor and I spoke with him and he said this is to difficult of a job and wasn't worth his time. Have been sitting here since 9am for them to get here at 12:30 to say that can't do their job. I definitely would not recommend using this company because they do not know how to show up on time and so their job. read more
