Albert is "caring-big-brother to the rescue", and now a friend. He demonstrated the highest quality care surpassing all expectations. Here's the full rip to make credible tonight's events, accurate and real. Ignorance Facing Reality- The average wait time for roadside service is roughly 90 minutes to 2 hours on a weekday night after 7pm. That's garbage, take it to the trash. My argument to the other tow companies was simple. Don't you think people would be a bit more anxiety-riddled on the side of the road at night stranded, than in the middle of the day, promising a 35 minute wait time. I bowed my head and said help me Jesus, please help me find somebody that will come out here real quick because I need to get home. Skepticm- I was made aware that many of these businesses look for the quick cash grab; world of desperation, easy to over-promise, under-deliver, and still get paid without any recourse. Vultures and Heinas. Game-Changer - Then moments later I gave his number a call. He said "My drivers are out and I can promise 45 minutes... But dang you sound like you need help now, I'm coming, in my own car to get you set up and home." Clearly, this man has an empathy for those who are stranded. The good natured-Albert has that internal provocation to meet the needs of those who have a need to be met. He's okay when you're okay. Still Skeptical *sorry Albert* - My unfortunate suspicion was he was probably going to hit me up hard for like $150 upon arrival in cash only. Here we go, something nefarious.. Then I realized paranoia was upon me because of my frustration, unbelief that Albert could be someone doing this good-natured act when all the other companies were literally trying to screw me and make me wait all damn night. Even after calling Albert and him making the guarantee he was on his way, my own distrusting attitude left me still throwing out nets on all sides of my boat calling every tow truck company and seeing who got there first. I also forced FCA roadside program to collaborate so that they would intentionally send out multiple tow truck companies because I was burned a week earlier. Embarrassing Deja Vu - Last week, this "out of gas" event took place and it was a mess. I literally waited for 4 hours because I trusted that the assigned tow co. would show up and they did not. I'm hoping to get my gas gauge corrected and calibrated so that no more issues arise; Promises Delivered - Albert shows up, hooks me up and gets the job done. And is a cool, polite, and good person... And I'm telling you to give Albert a call if you or any family member has a need for rescue. He's going to show up take care of the need. Trust me. I never have had issues like this.. Twice in a week.. His phone number is now a stored contact at his request, "call anytime, it's not about the money...just here to help you when you need." Comedy met with Class - The tow truck company that did show up, nameless, 10 minutes after Albert did, didn't have proper gas can for my vehicle. What? What if Albert wasn't there...? Albert volunteered to give the guy the "gas can neck" from his gas can so that they could actually put their gas in my car as well. And they "nameless"were the ones guaranteed payment. Albert didn't mind. It wasn't a shake down, or a feeling of been played. I felt real bad thinking, Albert has to get paid. But I ended up getting him taken care on payment as well, thanks to the FCA roadside supervisor Julie. Follow-Up Care - Albert calls me 15 minutes later to check on me and thank me for my business. Unprecedented. I don't care if you're delivering a pizza, selling a house, or bringing in a few gallons of gas to help an idiot on the side of the road who just isn't paying attention to his gas gauge. The fact that he followed up to make sure I was all good, sealed the deal for me to spend time writing this review even though it's painful to type in this app. Worth it.

My brother got his truck stuck in a ditch in the snow while plowing his neighbors driveway on his property. He called his insurance company, and they sent Jimmy's Towing. The driver got too close to the one side of the driveway and caught the front of MY truck with the levers for the winch, flatbed etc. He proceeded to drive and destroyed my bumper, headlight, grille, and fender on my 2009 Chevy 2500 HD Duramax Crew Cab. He then got HIMSELF (tow truck) stuck. He then winched against MY hitch WHILE MY DOOR WAS OPEN in order to pull HIMSELF out which caught my door against a higher frozen part of the ground and bent my door and the pillar where the hinges attach. I then shut my door and I CAN NOT OPEN MY DRIVERS DOOR NOW! I tried to contact the owner for the next 24 hours and the secretary for Jimmy's Towing kept screening his calls. The police told me to follow this process. After a call from the police to Jimmy's Towing, the DRIVER that wrecked my truck called and offered me $200 to make the problem go away. OBVIOUSLY I didn't accept. Jimmy's Towing told my brother's insurance company they WILL NOT give me any more than $200. I HUNTED down their "insurance company" (Plaza Insurance Company) (supposedly North American Risk Services handles their claims) and filed a claim FOR Jimmy's Towing. I am currently fighting for the repair of my truck (3 weeks later). The adjusters are purposely dodging my calls. Jimmy's Towing SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! 1 STAR IS WWAAYYYYY TOO MANY!

Visited yesterday....family business whose name is legendary in the local automotive community…read more Nathan carries on as thirst generation in a quite competent and more importantly CARING manner...a true service oriented individual that goes the extra mile in assisting customers (which was obviously well-honed from his grandfather and father!) Very clean and orderly shop, especially comparing that to others in the area. Add Ryan working away, and other staff, and it was easy to see why such a great organization continues on. My repair was done well, appointment timing accurate, and more importantly promised time punctual! Communication was excellent, and their attitude exemplifies the mindset to go ABOVE AND BEYOND in making the customer happy! THEY CARE....which is often a rarity in the industry!
