They also said needed brakes, calipers rotors all around, they said everything was $ 2200. I let them do the job, they said it would take a week, it took them 3 weeks, then when I was ready to pay the guy tells me $4200. I said the quote was $2200, then he says oh well, I'll give you the discount of $3800, are you serious? I asked for my truck back , now it's $2200. I paid, they said they would be finished up that evening, I asked could they bring to my house, no problem, tow truck comes but my truck in yard, don't knock on door or nothing, just so happen I saw him, I'm like where's the keys, in the truck, this man in such a rush. I say where's the hub caps to the wheels, he look he say on front seat, so you can't put everything back like it was. I drove it it seem fine, brakes work, but they emptied the gas didn't even replace it, I mean zero drop, I don't think I could go to the gas station, I had to call AAA. This place sucks and a rip off! Don't go here ever! Don't even get gas there!

First, the owner himself was sent to the wrong address with an incorrect job description by All State Roadside service. He was calm and jovial anyway. Calling me, he got to the place needed, but didn't have the equipment needed )based on All states description what was needed). He checked it out, went back for a different truck AND found a tire for the camper by searching his yard. (I couldn't find anything open). He changed the tire, hauled it home, parked it just how we wanted and kept on smiling four hours later. I still have the tire. I will now ALWAYS call them if I'm near by. I needed a tow on a cold day at the end of a week of horrible car problems. I called and they said…read moreit would be $100 to tow from Redford to Farmington Hills. Ok, that's a lot, but I was also towing it kind of far. He said he's get back to me with an exact quote and we got off the phone. He called me back in a minute and asked for addresses, I gave him the address for my body shop in Farmington Hills and told him that I was at a specific gas station on the corner of two roads. He said it would be about 30-45 minutes. I said okay, thank you so much and we hung up. An hour later they weren't there, so I called. He claimed that he assumed I didn't want the tow because I didn't give him the address to the gas station. Mind you, I told him the name and the corner of the gas station and he didn't ask for an address afterwards, but he gave me a time estimate. At this point, I was incredibly fed up. I just waited an hour in the cold for a tow that never came, and he acted like it was my fault. I told him I would go elsewhere instead and hung up. He called me back and half heartedly apologized, then said he could send someone over in ten minutes. I agreed. Mind you, it took longer than ten minutes, and I kind of feel that because of all this trouble I should have been given a discount. I drove behind the tow truck in someone else's car, and saw the driver run a red light with my car right in front of me. The only reason I even give them one star is because the driver was nice and helped me fix my car door that had been bent out of shape by my accident. But overall it wasn't worth it. If you're calling for a tow chances are it's already been a stressful day and you don't need this company adding to your stress.
