I had the unfortunate experience after I purchased a 2009 Lincoln Continental from James. I felt he completely misrepresented the car. As soon as the car arrived last week I contacted him immediately. DEFECTS included the windshield which was heavily scratched ,grill chrome peeling headlight covers fogged car was spot painted poorly every panel but the trunk. Some panels were painted three times according to a paint gauge by detail shop where the car currently is. Passenger doors are so bad ( primer overspray) that they will need to be refinished, as well as the hood. Vehicle has whiskey dents all over it. When contacted James he denied all damages and kept referring to the car fax but as you well know you can spot paint a car in places and it doesn't have to be reported to Carfax by non professional shops. offered a settlement amount of 2200.00 which was denied by owners according to James by the way who is a nice guy Photos and signed affidavits from glass man, detail shop, & body shop, and pdr co. will be posted when available. basically from my experience if you cant see it feel it or touch it do not BUY IT

This year, I needed to have some suspension work done, but my parts source was having trouble getting my part rebuilt. Masterworks was patient and understating (but they did charge me for storage). I can visit local repair shops and have genuine CAT parts installed on my truck engine, but the mechanics aren't always the best. If I'm going to part full price for parts, why not go to the best place to have them installed? Like many truck repair companies these days, they schedule an appointment, and then the schedule drifts. Usually, I can estimate the total downtime, plus or minus a few days. I continue to receive top-notch repairs at this location. I always look forward to working with CAT dealers.

MATT AND STEVE ARE FRAUD ARTISTS and will lie to your face like it's a normal business practice for them. I bought 6-7 sets of summer and winter tires here over several years, plus all associated tire services. The customer service and shop workers were always fairly UNfriendly, always attributed to poor ownership (which many people have confirmed to be true). Now they have a new "manager." The last contact was that I needed to "drop off" my car (20+ min drive each way), for a 15 minute tire rotation. Give me a break. Never again.
