My brother got his truck stuck in a ditch in the snow while plowing his neighbors driveway on his property. He called his insurance company, and they sent Jimmy's Towing. The driver got too close to the one side of the driveway and caught the front of MY truck with the levers for the winch, flatbed etc. He proceeded to drive and destroyed my bumper, headlight, grille, and fender on my 2009 Chevy 2500 HD Duramax Crew Cab. He then got HIMSELF (tow truck) stuck. He then winched against MY hitch WHILE MY DOOR WAS OPEN in order to pull HIMSELF out which caught my door against a higher frozen part of the ground and bent my door and the pillar where the hinges attach. I then shut my door and I CAN NOT OPEN MY DRIVERS DOOR NOW! I tried to contact the owner for the next 24 hours and the secretary for Jimmy's Towing kept screening his calls. The police told me to follow this process. After a call from the police to Jimmy's Towing, the DRIVER that wrecked my truck called and offered me $200 to make the problem go away. OBVIOUSLY I didn't accept. Jimmy's Towing told my brother's insurance company they WILL NOT give me any more than $200. I HUNTED down their "insurance company" (Plaza Insurance Company) (supposedly North American Risk Services handles their claims) and filed a claim FOR Jimmy's Towing. I am currently fighting for the repair of my truck (3 weeks later). The adjusters are purposely dodging my calls. Jimmy's Towing SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! 1 STAR IS WWAAYYYYY TOO MANY!
