My vehicle completely shut down while going 70mph on 94/Harper. I waited for hours for insurance to never provide a tow service. I then personally called about 15 tow companies with no answer or out of service numbers. I finally came in contact with Official Towing. The friendly voice on the other side of the line finally gave me my first spec of Hope. The operator asked how I was doing, asked about what happened and really cared about my situation. He even provided safety instructions to follow and said not to get out of the car. Within about 15 minutes, Jeff came to my rescue and got me and my vehicle off of the highway to safety. He took me about 2 miles away to an auto shop and he actually figured out what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it right then and there. From there, I didn't even have to leave my vehicle to be fixed. I was able to drive home. Jeff was extremely friendly and did his job above and beyond. I can never thank him enough. An amazing guy. It was reasonably priced at $170.00 for the tow but the experience was priceless. Jeff saved me hundreds if not thousands I would have spent at the auto shop. Great people from start to finish, I recommend them 10/10. read more

The most disrespectful company I ever worked for, they still owe me funds and rather terminate there employees instead of paying what was rightful owed, they dont keep change at none of there locations so they force customers to bring exact change but they dont tell you this on the phone when you call, they wait for you to pull up before they share this info with you. I dont recommend any to work here and if you do... dont try to be a good employee and bring your own change for clients!!!! You will not receive your funds back!! Got extorted by one of their Towers drivers on vernos highway on July 6th. I tried to reach out to raise awareness to the company but they never were interested in contacting me. I have cctv footage showing the driver attempting to re-hook my car after I paid and he gave me a receipt. Wheb I blocked him from touching my car he assaulted me claiming self defense. He then threatened to call the cops arguing I was impeding the towing but when I mentioned there were cameras and bystanders recording he panicked and left after trying to snatch the receipt from my partners hand. when I talked to the business nearby they gave me the footage and said this is a common occurrenc. On 11-15-2015 my brother had to get rushed to the hospital. He parked his truck and wqalked to get help. We could not find his truck. Enlisted the help of St Clair shores Police, they were being very helpful. They told me to check with Official towing cause they may have already picked it up. on 11-16 -2015 I contact official towing, describe the Truck and situation to the lady on the phone, who seemed to get my information, and asked of the general area. then told me she had nothing as of yet though if something comes in they will let me know. 2 days go by, we are driving everywhere, talking with police no results. So I decide to call official Towing one last time. I get the same lady on the phone. In an anoyed tone she says, 'didn't I talk to you yesterday, or was it monday. " Giving me the impresion that she would have called me if came in. Though she proceeds to ask me to descrribe the vehichle in question one more time. I do and then she say Long story short. Here I am on the 18th and they found my brothers truck. And to get it I have to get a Notary, even though our mom is with me. It sure would have been nice to recieve a call, so we could have picked it up that day and to not incure anymore fees. read more

Terrible terrible terrible people and service here. Do not waste your time or money with this place. They took my car and told me it was one place so I go to get it but its not there. They send me to the other place to pick up my car but fail to tell me its not even open. So I drove miles and an hour out of my way. They seem to only answer the phone when they randomly feel like it. Good thing this joke of a place works for the police or they couldn't possibly stay in business. How do you tow a car and not know where it is? And to top it off someone stole my charger and ripped the visor off and broke it into pieces. Wth? That is not good business. read more

Called today and said I needed a tow. I asked for an estimate as to what cost I would incur. Told them where I was and where I needed to go. Price seemed fair, so I asked how long? They said within 15 min. Sure enough 10 min later the driver showed up. Got my van loaded up nice and easy, he was professional, nice and his cab was clean.
