Overpriced and the employees are smart ass's which comes to no surprise when the manager Ken seems to have the cockiest attitude of them all. Customer service unlike any other place I've been and not in a good way. If they had competitive pricing I could deal with the blatant disrespect for customers they show but I received a quote from them that was $250 higher than 3 other collision shops I had been to when shopping for the lowest price. My car was backed into while parked and both of the driver's side doors were smashed in. The other party had AAA who is a disaster to deal with unless you are insured by them. I went to Lakeside Collision for a quote to mail in to AAA. I was notified by Ken the manager that they deal directly with AAA and that I would have a rental by the end of the day. It took two weeks to get my car back but it was definitely worth the wait. The driver's side looked like it came right out of the showroom and they went ahead and fixed an obvious dent in the fender for no charge. Above and beyond, is the service I received at Lakeside Collision! Lakeside called my auto insurance because they were dragging their feet on my insurance claim. Lakeside got me into the shop to do the work that was needed, and got me out on exactly the day it was promised. The body and paint work performed was flawless. All that was due upon delivery was a $250.00 deductible. I told the office staff that I called my insurance to get get my deductible waived since I was rear ended at a red light, but once again my insurance was dragging their feet and didn't want to pay. Lakeside got on the phone and worked it all out with my insurance so I had zero deductible to pay. What can I say but "thank you Lakeside Collision", and yes the car was returned to me completely washed and looking shiny like brand new. My car has been sitting there for over a month (for front end damage, nothing major just cosmetic) and every time I talk to them they give me a different reason it's not ready. "It will be in paint on Monday" then it doesn't get painted until the next Thursday. "We are waiting on a part" two days later "we are waiting on a couple parts". Horrible work. Beware. I spent $5700 cash and my paint doesn't even match. There's paint on my interior panels and they wrecked my hood when they ran my car into something. Now I have bondo on a hood that had absolutely nothing wrong with it. My car was hit in the rear and they have completely destroyed the value of my car. read more

Great service and a great experience. I asked to have some fender flares removed from a car I just recently purchased. The staff was courteous and handled the repairs for me the same day. I realize I wasn't going in for a big repair but I appreciate the attention to detail and the great service I was given. Was A horrible experience dealing with Lee and Danielle. Poor customer service, no feedback during the time they were working on my car. When I picked up my car no one spoke with me about what was done, just told me to sign the insurance check or you can't have your car. When I told lee how I felt about the service he told me off, said I am frustrating him and he is to busy to deal with me. Said so what if he did not walk me around my car and explain what was done. I asked to speak with his manager and he said he is the only boss. I asked for the owner name to speak to him and lee gave me his own name. I guess he was afraid the owner was going to find out how badly he treats some of his customers! read more

A collision shop is usually not the kind of place one enjoys going to. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I've been in the unwanted position of having to be a customer on at least four occasions. The staff is courteous, professional, and makes you feel at ease, But their great attitude would be nothing if their work was not good. And their work is excellent. Bad customer service. I brought my car in to be fixed early on a Monday morning. 8:30am. No one greeted me or asked if they could help me. I had to initiate the greeting and explain that I had an appointment to get my car fixed. When I left I realized they didn't ask for my car keys. I had to drive back to give the keys to them. They had not realized they didn't have them either. They also said my car would be fixed by Wednesday no later than Thursday. I waited until Thursday afternoon to get a phone call telling me my car was done, but they never called. I called them and asked if my car was fixed. They said it was being worked on and would be ready on Friday. Since they took longer to make the repairs they told me they would clean and detail my car on the inside. When I went to pick up my car in the afternoon I was again ignored at the service desk. I had to initiate service. They didn't walk me out to my car to have me look at the repairs. I signed the papers and went out to my car and the repair was fixed but it was not cleaned or detailed on the inside. I will NEVER take my car back here if I need a repair. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced and they can't even compensate for taking too long to do a repair job. read more
