I had the absolute best experience from the beginning to final completion of my car. I worked with Moe who was fabulous to deal with. He had me come right over and get estimate. He worked with me to get my car in and kept me updated. He was nice, professional, and so efficient. He had the Enterprise guy pick me up for my rental car and such first class service. My car had more damage in the back once they took it apart so it took a few weeks longer but that was okay. I kept in touch with them and so easy to work with. I happened to just pick their name from State Farm. I hope I don't have any more accidents but I would use them for sure if ever needed and I would refer them. Even Enterprise guy said they are nicest people to work with and they do good work and he has never heard one bad word about them. Well, I picked up my car yesterday and I looked over and they had it out in front of door all ready and it was Perfectly Fixed like magic. They even detailed it and washed and cleaned inside. I have worked with Bob and his team in the past for a vehicle. So when my 2017 C300W Mercedes-Benz was keyed, I contacted him to have him estimate it and schedule my car to be repaired. When I brought my car in, we went around the car to make sure there was no other damage. We found another gouge and without hesitation he handled everything for me. On the recommendation of a friend, we came to Pole Position earlier this week for an estimate on a minor front bumper issue. We had hit a flying chunk of tire on the expressway, and it left the bumper loose with ugly black tire marks (on a nice white car!). Hugo was working in the front office that day, and he was extremely helpful and kind. He was able to fix the issue on the spot, and he even cleaned the marks off of the paint! The bumper looks great.
