About a week before Christmas,2024, my wife's 2023 Subaru Forester altercation with a 300 pound doe which caused considerable damage to the front end, left front fender, left front door and hood. Amazing place. Took my vehicle in after someone ran into my new vehicle. They checked it out and told me to call them when I got a claim number from my insurance company. They checked the dealer and said they had everything in stock so I could bring it in Wednesday morning so I dropped it off early and they said it would take 4 days. I have written about this collision shop before, but just recently had some minor repairs done on my Jeep, and as always, these guys did a phenomenal job. Mark and Jordan, along with Dale, the owner, and the entire crew, are absolutely incredible. They are professional and extremely thorough. Even with the smallest thing, such as buffing out small scratches, these guys always put 110% into their work and how they treat their customers. I just picked up my Volvo after having extensive paint work done. Not only was the work completed earlier than estimated, but the work was done beautifully! It looks like a brand new car. Staff was very helpful, and kept me posted along the way with progress reports. It's never a good thing when you need to visit a cousin shop, but these gentlemen made a bad situation quite painless. I went to Cass collision to get my front end repaired. They took it upon themselves and decided to glue my fog light to a piece inside hoping it would stick instead of fixing it properly. By doing this the fog light was very loose and kept turning on and off immediately; I go back and find out how they ghetto-rigged my car. Anyways, they order the new fog light, I come back a week later, & wait about 30 minutes for them to install it. I speak to Mark letting him know that I am disappointed to be back, as I would have preferred to have this done correctly the first time. So, he agrees to reduce the labor in half(was charging $50/hr), which I was satisfied with. After payment, Mark proceeds to be a jerk and blame me for the light not working.. HELLO? Fix it right the first time!!! I shouldn't have had to come back in the first place. I won't be back and won't be recommending them to anyone. read more

Stay far away. Most collision shops will rip you off they have no soul but this place really has no mercy. They over charge for the parts multiple times what they pay for them then way over charge you for the actual work. It should be against the law! Absolute thieves read more

I'm new to Michigan and when i got into an auto accident in July, I was extremely upset that I didn't have a go to auto body shop that I could take my car to. After getting the insurance company involved I was sent an list of approved body shops and I yelped each of them. Cass Collision had the highest ratings and the best reviews, and now I can see why. I got into my accident July 4th, and was put into a rental with the insurance company. The repairs took a bit longer than anticipated, and the Cass happily put me into another rental car until my repairs were completed. I received more communication on the status of the repairs of my car with the good folks over at Cass than I did with my insurance agency. ( that's a whole other story!) Just got my car back yesterday and I could not be more pleased. The work done looks amazing and they did a few extras for my car that was unexpected but ABSOLUTELY appreciated! If I ever need something for my car while out here in MI, Cass will be my first stop. read more

I was in an accident and the bumper/trunk of my Jeep was damaged. Took it in to Cass Collision for an estimate (which only took 5 minutes). They had me choose a day when to bring it back (about 5-7 days due to holiday). Took it in with ease and they told me it would take until about the end of the week which was about 4 days. Agree with the other reviews! I am a female and always a little wary of being taken advantage of at auto shops. My car was in for major repairs after a car on the highway lost a big piece and the flying metal damaged my car. All the staff there were extremely polite and explained everything in detail. My car was finished ahead of schedule and looks like new. They fully detailed my car in and out!! Great work, great people! I called for an estimate, came down to Cass to have them look at any damage. They were helpful and they didn't try scamming me and even offered some advice on some other body shops. Very courteous, very professional, and quality work. I am impressed with the ease of doing business here. It took about ten minutes to complete the estimate. Since my car was drivable, they called me to schedule a appointment for repair. When I dropped my car, they had all the necessary paperwork ready, and arranged to have a rental car waiting for me.
