I'm out of state and needed to have a vehicle we wanted to buy inspected by someone who would really be looking out for us as to whether this is a vehicle they would recommend to a friend or family member. I did a lot of research about Nash before choosing them to do a complete pre-purchase inspection of a used Lexus. While the BBB'S "A+" rating is a good thing, I know from experience that there are many "A+" businesses that have had complaints filed with the BBB. What impressed me is that the business has been on file with the BBB for many years and that there have been NO COMPLAINTS on record against Nash's Auto. This, plus very favorable reviews here on Yelp and on Google led me to choose this company. While other shops could not get us in right away for the prepurchase inspection, Kyle had us in and out the next morning. The evaluation was very comprehensive in the inspection. I was impressed with how thorough they were in checking over everything needed to convince us that the car was truely as good as we hoped it was. It is rare that I leave a review, but both Devon and Kyle truly deserve this one. I brought my GMC Denali pickup in for a misfire and they told me it was a dead injector, which they replaced. After the work was done there was still a misfire, and Devon took the time to figure it out and called me in to show me a damaged lifter and cam. They were extremely thorough and fair. On top of that, Devon took pictures during the work to show me how clean and neat everything was. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work done. read more

Another mechanic told me my oil leak was due to the separator, which would have cost $1600 and taken 11 hours to fix. I went to Nash's for a second opinion, and they diagnosed the oil pressure switch as the real issue. They fixed it the same day for $270 and even ran my engine afterward to make sure there were no more leaks. I was so impressed and relieved. I also loved the inspection report they texted me with pictures and details. I will be going to Nash's for all my auto needs. read more

I have various work done on my 2015 Mazda 3 and they do top rated service with reasonable prices. They backup/stand behind their work. I wished they did wheel alignments. But Belle Tire does good alignments so it's not the end of the world that they don't do that job but it's an inconvenience to have to go somewhere else for alignments that's all. I haven't had oil changes done at Nash's yet but I am going there for my next oil change. read more

i found this shop based on reviews. They did not disappoint! Had brakes done. Bought tires. All services were fantastic! Finally, I needed an inner tube replaced on a golf cart tire. Let me begin with the good: Nash quoted us a price on a new starter but found that the problem was actually loose wiring. Now, I'm not aware of exactly how much work the repair involved, and depending on that, a revised quote of half the original may or may not have been appropriate. We were happy, however, that they adjusted the amount rather than do an unnecessary replacement. Brownie points. On the other hand, however, the car had a dead battery when we went to pick it up. The techs suggested that they may have left the lights on, jumped it, and sent it home without apology. The battery was dead again the next time we attempted to drive it; back to Nash, where a relay was replaced (more $$), and upon our insistence, it stayed at the shop for three days so they could make sure it didn't drain again. We received a call that the problem was solved, but when we picked it up, it again required a jump start (they insisted that it was fine five hours before, but said they might have left a door ajar). I'm not blaming them for the problem; this car is old and has known electrical issues, so the faulty starter wiring may or may not have precipitated the problem. But their attitude--insisting that the problem had been solved and just shrugging their shoulders as I shelled out for a repair that clearly didn't do any good--was simply unprofessional, dishonest, and ...well... their excuses about lights and doors didn't make them look very bright and inspire my confidence. We won't be going back. read more

First time going here. I think it is run by 2 guys that are both nice and seem to be trustworthy. Went for an oil change and also asked for a referral if they new a good body shop (my back bumper had popped out on one side from running over something). I showed him my bumper but unfortunately he didn't have anybody to refer that he trusted. After they were done with the oil change I picked up my car and they gave me a breakdown of what they did. When I got back to my office I noticed that my back bumper was fixed. He must have pushed it back in and tightened the bolts. I couldn't believe it! It was a different guy that checked me out so I am assuming that is why I wasn't made aware that he just fixed it for free. They are mechanic's and not a body shop but this goes to show the character of these guys. The best experience I have ever had after having any work done on my car. read more

Looking for fare pricing with honesty on repairs... this is the place!! As a woman, they have never made me or my daughter feel stupid for not knowing certain things about cars. They actually take the time to explain exactly what they find and what they need to do to fix the problem. Example of their honesty: Had Ford Service tell me I needed a new transmission and took it here to get a 2nd option and glad we did. It was a recall missed by Ford's system and bad service for lying to us which we will never go to again for service. It was a fix that was A LOT less than Ford's new transmission. I am 66 years old and have been doing much of my own auto repair for 45 years. I will use a shop when I can't diagnose the problem, don't have the right tools or need a lift for the job, or it is just too complicated and time consuming. I own five cars now; the newest is 2002, and the oldest ones are 1988 and 1989. A few are approaching 200,000 miles. I started using Nash's about 10 years ago and have found them to be great mechanics. They can diagnose the problem right the first time, and will do repairs for a fair price. I can talk to the mechanics about the problem, and they will talk shop with me. I have been impressed with their ability to diagnose some tricky problems. They have done work for me on engine gaskets, fuel systems, suspensions, heating and air conditioning, and I have been completely satisfied. This is a car guy you are trying to satisfy that is writing this. I can tell quality work, and these guys do it. I even have them do my oil changes and tire rotation, because they will always check brakes and suspension and performance and tell me about any problems that I don't know about yet. They are very courteous, and sometimes provide a drop off service when I leave my car for a longer time. I recommend them to anyone I meet that needs any automotive work. I trust their work and trust my cars that they work on for my wife and daughters to drive. As long as these guys are in business, I won't take my cars anywhere else for maintenance or repairs. They don't smile much , but don't let that worry you; they are very serious about their workmanship and satisfying their customers. read more

I just started to bring my truck for service there last fall. Glad I found them. Honest and fair prices. Brought my Dakota in there last week to fix my power steering leak Kyle was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and corrected the problem hour later. Kyle was also able to check everything on my truck and break down what critical areas should be fixed today and what could be fixed later down the road. My fabric roof liner was sagging a bit by my driver's side and it was starting to bug me, however I never fixed it because I was unsure what I should use to repair it. I never mentioned it to Kyle upon my visit and when I was cashing out Kyle said he fixed it and it was NO CHARGE. He said it was bugging him, heck it bugged me for months. BIG THANKS.
