I have used Bojax twice; first, to repair left front fender rust. Looked great. Perfect paint match. But within a year the bubble of rust started again. I ignored it for another year and returned. Wanted the fender replaced this time and was told one should never repair rust, it always comes thru again. Well, why did they repair it the first time and not recommend replacement? Who knows. Anyway, the second time it was replaced but the paint does not match as perfectly as the first time. Rather disturbing since the cost to match/procure red is why they said this was a costly repair. Now I have to go thru the hassle of returning between 12 and 4 p.m. M-F, to inquire about it, seeing what they will do and then being without the car again for a few days. read more

I was so happy to find Bojax Auto Collision! Angie at the front desk is professional, capable, and very nice. She set up an appointment for me for just a few days after I got my estimate to repair a rusted area on my car. When we arrived on my appointment day I met Eddie, the technician who fixed the rust. He is competent, nice, and very conscientious and thorough with his work. He even thought of taking a photo before he finished the work so he could show me where the rust was. forced to give one star, as the system lacks a negative response. Do no go here no matter what. went here today to get my back glass replaced.. worst body shop in town. This is 30 plus years in automotive repair and service speaking to you. A few issues to start; first, the whole time I felt like I was bothering them, as if they didn't want me there. I had told them about my time frame which i thought we understood, and ended up having to walk home. they didn't even offer a porter to give me a ride. when I got to the truck tonight, i found it in disarray, the key was not hidden as requested, it was under a paper that was clearly concealing the key. Further there was broken plastic and still glass in the back of the truck. The previous back glass I had in the truck had a small hardware kit on it that was mine to hold it in. This was not returned to me. What's worse, the back lift gate was unlocked and open! Fortunately for me, bojax is off the beaten path and no one noticed this. I was going to let all of the above slide, and simply not recommend the place and not take my other two cars there that needed some body work. simply take my business else where because, while the hardware kit and service didn't matter in the grand picture it shows they are a dirty business that will do underhanded things (keep in mind their price was 300 dollars over the next closest bid, however the time they claimed they could do the job is why I went) When I got home, opened my lift gate, the ;lift gate wiring harness and interior trim came down, it was never put back. the broken plastic? that was parts broken off my wiring harness!!! I am the one who finished the job! NOT BOJAX. I will get with ford in the morning to make sure all things are mounted correctly, however this is appalling. 30 plus years experience speaking here; this is a violation of state law, and more than one, YES report this to the state if it happens to you. Yes, if your car is at Bojax demand it be taken some place else. Do not go here for any reason. I know a bad shop when I see them, this is one of the bad ones. read more

Just picked up my car from Martino and Johnny. I don't write reviews, but I am overwhelmed by my experience with Bojax. I got caught up in the insurance/collision shop conspiracy, and was told my car was a total loss. That means they send me a check for 75% of the value for what looked like a shopping cart hit my car. Went to three different body shops suggested by my insurer, all said the same thing. A friend looked at the damage, and said have Bojax look at it. I read the reviews here, and thought what the heck, and took it over to Martino. He quoted me an old time body shop price, almost exactly what I thought the damage was initially. And one third of the time the other shops wanted the car for. I picked up the car, and it is immaculate. He even detailed the inside. How can he do all this? I am not a car person. I don't care what I drive. My 2003 Taurus is ugly, period. I was T-boned and it was un-drivable. It wouldn't even start up. I saw 5-stars and called skeptically expecting the normal schmooze car places give me; Bojax didn't do any of that... They helped me over the phone how to trouble shoot the starting system, and it started up! As soon as I arrived the crew (Johnny in particular) took care of me like I was dropping off a Bentley. I don't remember most people's names, but they left me feeling like I was their number one customer. The fix was cheaper than I was quoted by another shop closer to me by almost 40%, and they even drove me home and picked me up (I do live a half mile away however). I am not a car person, and I am busy as hell today, but after the experience they gave me I have to take time out of my day and say: "ABOVE AND BEYOND, EXCEPTIONAL WORK AND OVERALL EXPERIENCE" If my uncle owned a shop, I'd still take body-problems to these guys. just good solid people.
