DO NOT DO BUISENESS WITH, Took my car here as part of an insurance claim and the day after I received the vehicle back my window pillar came off while I was on the expressway, I contacted the shop and they said they removed the piece and would take care of it but they would need to contact my insurance, 3 weeks later I am told by my insurance carrier that the collision shop is denying they removed the piece, now I am stuck with the repair, This is literally a $100 part that they want to fight me over....take your business elsewhere read more

I had the 'pleasure' of utilizing this body shop twice in one month...first my mechanic got rear-ended while driving my car, then I rear-ended someone else a few weeks later. I chose this shop randomly as it was nearby and in the 'network' for my mechanic's insurance company, and was relieved to find out their also in my own insurance company's (AAA) network when I had my own accident. Each time the repairs were done beautifully. You literally can not tell that the car has been in an accident, much less two. Both of their estimates for repair time were dead on (3 days the first time, 5 days the second). The two woman that work in the office are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. I was unfamiliar with the whole process of filing a claim and they were there to answer my questions and worked directly with the insurance companies. They also have a few rental cars available at rates that are definitely cheaper than if you went to one of the rental car places along 8 Mile. Hopefully I don't have to go back...but if I do at least I know I'll be treated well and that my car will look as good as new! read more

Overall great experience here. Everyone was helpful, friendly and timely. I had to get my car repaired after a debris collision and when the repairs were complete and I picked my car up, they had thoroughly cleaned it inside and out! Went here for repairs to my car after being in an accident in October 2017 on referral from my insurance company. My repairs were handled quickly and was back with my car within a few days. Friendly and efficient staff answered all my questions. I took my car to North End collision after someone hit my car. It took them 1.5 months to fix it. Why did it take that long you ask? Because when I would return for pick up there was new damages done by the staff that were unrelated to the accident on 4 separate occasions. Also, 3 quoted dates that the car was supposed to be done was never ready. It would be another 2 days. Some of the staff were nice and kind but a few I had to deal with were absolutely rude when I kept telling them there was a new dent, new scratch, rips in belt trim, or a gouge in the grill. All of the listed were not caused by the accident but in the shop itself. I'd give this place -5 if it was an option. read more

I brought my car here after someone did a hit and run on me in a parking lot. Having super low price insurance, I was bracing myself for an ordeal. These people treat your car as if it were their own. I was kept informed of the progress every step of the way. They kept my car longer than they anticipated and they knocked some money off of the estimate. A step was missed, something that I would have never notice. I needed my car to leave town and they told me to bring it back when I returned so that they could correct that missed step. When I think of integrity Northend Collision comes to mind. read more
