My husband went to B & B today to get an estimate for damage that was done to my car by my neighbor. He called ahead to see if an appointment was required. It was not required, and he told them he'd be right over. He walked in and two employees sitting at desks a few feet away were discussing the best way to load pallets. Never acknowledged him or made eye contact. Another woman was talking to a delivery guy and indicated that someone would be with him in a minute. A minute passed. In fact, several minutes passed, while the two male employees continued to discuss proper pallet loading and the female employee continued to shoot the $h!t with the delivery dude. After several minutes of just standing there waiting for someone to provide the estimate he called ahead for (3-4 minutes, by his estimate) he slowly made his way to the door, opened the door, and left. At no point did any employee there make an effort to stop chatting about non-work-related things and provide some customer service. Remember the old adage about only having one chance to make a good first impression? This place is a hard pass. read more

My moms car was involved in a hit and run and we placed a claim through the insurance company (State Farm) and they recommended we go here to get a quote since this shop is one of their certified auto repair shops that they use and let me tell you I am so happy that we did go with this shop!! We called to see when we could come by to get a quote and they actually said anytime you just pull up in front and call and they will have someone come out and give a quote. The guy we dealt with was Nick. He was super friendly and helpful. He wrote up a quote and said they could start on the car tomorrow. We were super happy they could get it in so quick so we said yes. There was previous damage done to the car on the back bumper which was my fault but we just had not gotten it fixed yet so we decided to pay out of pocket for that. He gave us a very reasonable quote for that. So to fix the front bumper and headlight and replace the back bumper it took a total of a week but that was ok. Nick did communicate that there were some issues with getting in some of the parts so that's why it took longer than usual. So we actually picked up the car today and let me tell you it looks brand new!! It looks amazing!! They cleaned the inside and outside of the car after doing the repairs which I thought was awesome! We have weather tech floor mats in the car and they actually went above and beyond and washed the mats off too!! The exterior looked spotless! They did an awesome job washing it and put tire shine on the tires! I feel Nick as well as the ones who did the work went above and beyond and did an amazing job! We are super happy with how it turned out! If you find yourself needing a repair on your vehicle from an accident or hit and run make sure you stop by here, you will not be disappointed!! Also I forgot to mention when we went in to pick up the keys and pay they actually sanitized the keys which I thought was nice. B & B replaced the front fender and fascia of my vehicle under an insurance claim. I didn't know at the time that they were not an authorized Allstate shop and that Allstate would not guarantee the repairs - it was up to B & B. 18 months later the fascia is splitting at an attachment and the fender is rusting around the entire wheel opening. Nick passed the poor paintwork off on the aftermarket fender supplier - said it was bad steel, and said the fascia split because I hit a curb when parking. He's wrong on both points. I've got 50 years experience as an automotive body engineer designing these parts and specifying how they're to be installed and painted. The repairs were done incorrectly and B & B will not stand behind their work. Too late for me, but maybe you can save yourself a headache by not using them for your repairs. Good luck! read more

Part of my car's undercarriage unclipped this past weekend and it was dragging on the ground. I went into B & B this morning and spoke to a person I assume is the owner or manager. He looked at my car and explained that the shield came loose and what they need to do to fix it. This helped me manage my expectations. They resolved the issue fast and I wasn't in there for more than 15 minutes. My biggest concern at a garage is that the men will take financially advantage of, and they ended up not even charging me because it was a minor repair. Would recommend this place to anyone. Randy and his team are not only great at what they do, but they are 100% transparent in the way that they operate and what they do. I had cosmetic damage on my front grill and they were able to rework it without costing me hundreds and hundreds of dollars, every other quote I received was almost 2x and they wanted to just replace everything without taking a real look at it. They were honest and really asked what I wanted and how I wanted it done, which is hard to find in a mechanic. I have a 2013 Ford Escape with red tri-coat paint that I keep immaculate. The bay door at Dean Sellers came down on my hood and damaged a small section that had to be repaired and painted. (That's a whole other story!) I was really bummed out but Nick assured me they would make it look like new and match the paint, no worries. Nick and the staff at B & B provided me with the best experience I've ever had with a collision shop. In a 2 week period I was involved in TWO accidents in two different cars (neither my fault lol). One was my brand new F-150, and I was heart-wrenched over it. The other was an old Infiniti I had. I won't recommend this place to anyone in my life. I got worst experience, Everyday they come up with new excuse not to deliver. Finally they asked to come and waited 1hr 40min to get my SUV back. I found new issues after i got home, Headlight didn't work and went back there waited for 3 1/2 hrs to fix. Found lot new scratches and new Hood was shaking and not aligned properly. i don't know how people are still going to this place. I was recently hit in an auto accident and had damage all along the driver's side. I chose B & B Collision because I wanted a place that I could trust. They have been in the community for a long time and had good reviews. They called me with updates to the estimate so I was in the know with what they were saying to my insurance company. My insurance company deposited the payment into my bank account so I could pay them thru my debit card, they preferred to have the insurance check. As we had discussed, this is just the direction business is going and I haven't wrote a paper check in years nor did I have any, so they finally accepted my debit card. They are exploring different options for electronic payments so they can be more accommodating to their customers. The day after I got my car back, there was something that I wanted adjusted on it, I called and they got me right back in to adjust it. They are very customer focused!! read more
