We brought my husband's car here to get the paint touched up. I have been a customer of Campbell's since 2006 or so, when my 1999 Honda needed work after an accident, and they are great. I recently took my own car to Gerber's Collision, in Farmington Hills, and they were rather expensive, so for my husband's car, we drove the 25 minutes or so here instead. His car mirror also needed some work and Campbell's was able to give him a quote for that, too, so he had that done also. He was surprised by how fair the quotes were for both that and the paint work. I was able to get the initial quote via email from Campbell's, and they were easily reachable via phone or email, too. The work on his car took about a week and he's very happy with it. Something to note, their parking lot is under construction right now and is mostly just gravel - not a big deal but the entrance to the lot was moved slightly, I believe. I was completely ripped off by this place. I brought my car in needing a new right side suspension work done. They tore apart my car, the quote was insane, trying to charge me for things that were not broken or in need of repair. My insurance, because of their quote, wrote it off as a total loss, but I already paid for the car fully, so I was keeping it and yet they scrapped parts of my car, that were not broken or in need of repair, and now I'm missing whole sections of my car, which is going to cost me ever more to repair now. This place is terrible and I will never come back or recommend this place. I had the worst experience and I'm still trying to recover from this. I hate that they were allowed to do this, plus it looks like additional pieces were also scrapped by them, which again I did not in any way authorized any of this, I never seen signed the paperwork approving stealing my car parts or pulling them part. read more

Great interaction with this business. They were quick, fantastically priced, and the work they do is awesome. I had some damage to my truck, front passenger side and had had multiple quotes in multiple ranges of how much it would cost. Campbell's responded to my email first and based on pictures I sent gave me a ballpark figure that they eventually beat! How great is that? I have been a customer of Campbell's Collision ever since my kids got their license. I called Larry on every accident the kids had and all were repaired in a highly professional manner. I have had all types of vehicles new or old and I continue to come back as when you give your vehicle to Larry to repair, he let's you know what is going to take to repair, if the insurance company is limiting repairs, or if the repair contemplated is the more efficient repair to be accomplished. Amy was my estimator and was able to find all the damage, including occluded damage. She also was instrumental in assuring that the replacement parts were of like quality before they were installed ensuring only the highest quality parts would be used in my repair. Communication to the customer is key when repairing collision damage. Ensuring the latest estimate was provided to the insurance carrier, approval of the repairs accomplished and the schedule of the repair was discussed throughout the repair cycle. Initially took my car to my dealer body shop, got a price quote that was higher than I had planned for so decided to give another shop a try so I came to Campbell's, after an inspection the price quote came almost identical as one I got from the dealer. But I ended up playing almost half because they went the extra mile made some calls and got me parts my car needed for a lot cheaper. These guys rock. This is probably the 4th vehicle we've taken to them for repair in the last 10 years. Each time, the repairs were stellar, and when we picked up the vehicles, they had been spotlessly detailed out. This particular repair was especially challenging for them as they had to find interior parts for our 2009 car (which Ford told them were obsolete), plus have the driver's seat re-stuffed and sewn. Amy called around and was able to locate all the parts quickly! They worked seamlessly (again) with both our insurance company, and the rental car company. I thought Larry at Campbell's made the experience 100% better than any other repair shop. I have a 4 month old and he worked it out so he could drop off a loaner car for me for the afternoon. And then he offered to come pick it up when my car was ready! All so I wouldn't have to take my infant out of the house. He really did not have to do that but it really made the difference. I could've went back to a collision shop I used in the past but I'm so glad I found Campbell's. Oh, and my car looks brand new! And they cleaned out the inside and gave it a car wash.
