I understand that your restroom is not public, and I don't make a habit of asking to use it. Today, Monday, September 28, at around 10:35 a.m., I asked again, apologizing because I didn't want to inconvenience anyone. An older woman treated me very poorly. She yelled that it was not a public restroom and led me to it while continuing to shout. I felt so humiliated that I stopped at the doorway and decided not to go in. I could have responded just as rudely, but I chose to remain respectful. I simply said, "Okay, no thank you," and left. She continued speaking to me rudely, so I repeated, "Thank you, goodbye." I was embarrassed by the way I was treated. I was polite and had only asked to use the restroom. I understand that you may not be able to accommodate the request, but I believe there is a kinder way to say so. Many people of all ages use the trail, and I hope your staff will treat others with more courtesy in the future. Not only was she really helpful, she was extremely COOL about how nervous and ignorant I was about buying a car. The process was so smooth once we locked in a car, price and rate. She's honest, transparent, straight-talking, and not out to just grab a buck. At the end of the day, I could feel that she wanted me in the right vehicle for me and my family and she did as much as she could to make sure it was exactly what we wanted and for a great price. His car mirror also needed some work and Campbell's was able to give him a quote for that, too, so he had that done also. He was surprised by how fair the quotes were for both that and the paint work. I was able to get the initial quote via email from Campbell's, and they were easily reachable via phone or email, too. The work on his car took about a week and he's very happy with it. Something to note, their parking lot is under construction right now and is mostly just gravel - not a big deal but the entrance to the lot was moved slightly, I believe.
