My car ended up getting side swiped and I ended up with a few ugly scratches and dents. Minor damage, but I knew it would be somewhat costly as I was paying out of pocket. I did a Yelp search to find body shops in the area and was nervous as almost all I visited (at least 4 others in a 5-10 mile area) gave me higher than expected quotes, said they had to wait weeks to "order" a part needed and/ or had longer promise times/ billed more hours than needed for repair when I compared them all together. However this shop is the best! Even though I had to wait a bit to get an appointment in, the process was seamless from when I popped in for an estimate to when I drove out of there. DJ was kind and courteous as was Eris and helped assure me my car would be done in the timeframe promised and not only delivered that promise but has my car looking better than ever and helped buff out a few extra scratches! I had a fantastic experience with Classic Collision. My only wish is that I would have found them sooner, as I'm moving out of state in a week! I paid them a visit to have some sensors replaced on my car, and they were honest, straight shooters from the start. D.J. gave me a range to expect cost wise, as he wasn't sure if I would need 2 or 3 parts replaced. When I picked up my car, I was pleased to hear that I didn't need the 3rd part. I feel there are MANY repair shops out there that would have just replaced that part no matter what in order to get the most possible out of me. I highly recommend Classic Collision.  I took my car to them after an accident.  They were friendly, helpful, and best of all, ethical.  They refused to let GEICO pressure them into raising the cost of the repairs so that they could total my car.  Albert spent a tremendous amount of time dealing with them and communicating with me.  He is the only reason I still have my car.  They did a great job repairing it.  It looks perfect!  GEICO is no longer my insurance company, but Classic Collision will always be the place I take my car! read more

I had initially went to ford because the hood of my car would not open, ford told me they would have to damage the hood in order to open in, therefore I would have to get the whole thing replaced, it was going to cost me over 1000$ I ended up taking my car to classic Collision Repair, they were able to open my hood without damaging it, charged me 85% less! HORRIBLE!!! My regret was not visiting the BBB reviews before doing business with this facility. It came as a recommendation from a guy at my dealership service department in Novi. The guy that referred me said he thought that they were honest..He was WRONG! After learning that they were not only unprofessional,untimely but also DISHONEST!!! The dealer said they would no longer do business with them. I had to have my vehicle towed to a different repair facility. I paid for a part twice after DJ claimed they couldn't find the original part that was ordered, they broke sensor was broken on my car, they promised to have the repairs done in 7-10 days. The work was NEVER DONE!! The refused to return parts to my car that I paid for. ..BEWARE!!!! read more

I did not have the same great experience as other reviewers here. Minor trunk lid and bumper replacement went south. My great disappointments were work quality and their not keeping time promises. Initially time estimate was 4 days. No calls after 4 days. I called them everyday since to check status. After about a week when I went there to pick up my car, trunk lid did not close without hard push down and the bumper color was totally different. I was very very disappointed. Why? Because they did not even do simple test. They never called me first. I called every time. I got the car after almost 2 weeks. Now they broke a couple of plastic rivets inside trunk and put them in wrong places, and etc. The guys there seem to be nice but with this much hassles, I would not recommend this place. read more

I had some work done on my car back in March, 2019, so this review is long overdue. This was my first experience here and I did not know what to expect. I chose Classic Collision based on the previous reviews. Well let me say they did not let me down! Being a single woman you worry that someone may try to take advantage of you when it comes to car repairs. I needed my rear bumper replaced and painted. Albert and his team gave me an excellent quote ($1,000.00 cheaper than another collision shop in FH had quoted) and provided me with excellent service in a timely manner. They were honest, knowledgeable, explained details, respectful and courteous. They even did a few minor things for me at no charge. They are a family owned business that really seems to care about their customer's satisfaction! They even provided me with shuttle service to and from work (local) at no charge. I have already been quoted for future work in the fall. As long as they continue to be in business, Classic Collision will be my go-to repair shop for years to come. i read the reviews before i turned my car in and thought i was in good hands. little did i know i would be treated like a fool for taking my car here. i got my bumper and fender fixed on my nissan here. i looked at the reviews thinking i had nothing to worry about but when i dropped my car off albert told us 2 days to get our car back, it ended up being a week later and when i went to pick up my car i noticed that they skipped a clip under the taillight that attached the bumper to the quarter frame. they thought i wouldn't notice so i took a picture and continued to inspect my car. they painted the quarter panel and did a terrible job blending the paint in with the original paint. it still shows until this day. also all over the car shows what looks like over spray. looks sorta like a patch of light paint sprayed in random spots all over the car... who knows what the hell it is but i know forsure it was not there when i turned the car in. I'm not the one for little shit but they charged us $1500 and gave us nothing but doubts. i took my car back to them and told them to fix the bumper which they did, they ended up putting a clip where it belonged. but did nothing about blending the paint. save yourself the worry and take it to a place who has workers that actually care about your car. i will never take my car here again. as for albert he is a good guy and i know he's trying to run a professional business, but his workers may not realize that customers want their car done right and not fucked up. read more
