    We didn't end up getting a Lincoln, but I can't recommend Rich enough! We came in pretty late on a Saturday and they were about to close. Rich was one of the best salesman that we've ever dealt with. I mean, we spent a lot of time shopping around before deciding to even get a car and Rich was the best salesman that I've dealt with by far. He also gave us the best price out of all the places we met with. While I ended up going with another vehicle, I will 100% be back to Rich when my new lease is up and I decide to get a Lincoln!

    So we brought our car in to get the estimate and approval from the insurance company. That part was…read moresmooth till we got the date to return so they would have time to get the initial parts ordered and free space for our car. We brought it back and it seemed service was going to be smooth till the first date our car was going to be done arrived and we called and suddenly the app was updated and our date moved. Upon talking with the person who we were told was handling our claim one of the parts just arrived so the car was going to paint and would be done in a few days, this was Wednesday and the car was to be done Friday. Well she failed to mention in that call they also had to order a headlight bulb and ballast, which we told you hers was flooded due to the accident and needed to be replaced, and that would not be in for another week. We did not find this out till we called on Friday to setup a time to pick up since my daughter was coming from Grand Rapids and we had to give her rental back. It was then we found out the car would not be done till the following Wednesday, so this was the third push back with no call. Our rep was blamed since she was home sick and no one was watching her cars. Finally picked it up on Thursday, car looked okay. Body lines were close and parts were blended okay. Not overly impressed with communication, they admitted they don't update the app they use often, and organization of everything is very poor. Don't tell me you are ordering parts and getting things ready while we wait for our start date and none of that is done. Update: I guess it really should be no surprise that nobody from Management or that location has reached out at all. Communication never was their strength.

I was already working with Scott at Michigan Sandblasting and planned to have my Jeep's underbody sandblasted there. Rashid told me they could apply POR-15 afterward, so based on that I paid to have the Jeep towed down there. After it arrived, everything changed. Rashid started questioning the project and for over a week I was given the runaround. Multiple times Rashid told me he would "talk to Scott figure out a solution and call me back," but the call back never happened. Every time I followed up I got the same vague response and nothing actually moved forward. Rashid knew all of the details prior to me towing it down there. If this wasn't a job they wanted to take on, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of telling me to bring the vehicle down and spend money towing it there. It's extremely frustrating to be told something can be done, only to have the shop avoid giving a straight answer after the vehicle is already there. Very disappointing and unprofessional way to handle a customer. I wasted time and money because they couldn't simply be upfront about whether they were willing to do the work.

Once I found carvana and got a price, I wasn't going bother with anything else. I filled out all the forms and paperwork online, and setup a date the day after I picked up my new car. They arrived in the window given after calling the morning of and i had a check and my car was towed away a few hours later. The process was truly amazing and easy. Per SilverRock, Evaluated by Detroit Garage- Farmington and an independent inspector sent by SilverRock Both missed this critical finding causing the customer to pay out of pocket ($1700) for an issue that had been previously reported while the car was still under warranty. Additionally, you will see from the MB Service Center the list of items that were not in working order, damaged, or in need of repair. This list is quite extensive. This too was very disappointing as CarVana indicated that they had performed a multi-point inspection on the car prior to sale. Thus far the customer had been satisfied with the response of the SilverRock company, but this misdiagnosis by two people has caused a dissatisfied customer. BUYER BEWARE #Dissasisfied Customer
