My sister went in to GEB to inquire about a repair for side mirror on her car and couldn't have gotten better service from this place! Thank you for your sincerity, honesty and professionalism in all you do! They made her day!! read more

I had dent and a scrape in right front. Options and an estimate were explained in a courteous and professional manner. The work was completed in a timely manner and my Volvo was clean and looking brand new. I would highly recommend GEB. They more than lived up to my expectations. read more

Highly recommend! Fast and courteous. Informed me of every step. What really impressed me was they washed my truck and even took the extra steps and rinsed the floor mats (we all know Michigan winters). They went beyond my expectations. Well done G.E.B read more

Wonderful job. Better than new. If I ever need body work I will go to GEB again! I was rear ended and left side of car heavily damaged. Now it looks brand new. read more

Dewayne was so welcoming, willing and kind to replace the part I needed. I have never been to GEB'S Collosion before, but certainly would return if necessary. GEB'S was referred by another local Walled Lake business because of their good reputation. Ask for Dewayne, he is outstanding!! With gratitude, Denise J. read more

I've been involved in automotive restoration and repair for over 50 years. GEB has done 3 different projects for me and my trust in them has been well-placed. They deliver high-quality work and great attention to detail. I have more work to be done in Spring 2025 and I will certainly be returning. It's very difficult to find that rare shop that meets and exceeds customer expectations. In my opinion, GEB definitely delivers! read more

Took my car after hitting a deer last year. It took a while to get in, but they were timely, letting me know exactly when my car was going to be done. They used high quality parts and my car looks great! read more

I've had several cars repaired here. From the first encounter, they were attentive and professional. Jeff, Pat and the rest of their team clearly understand their business. Trust repairs my car -- and all the kids' cars -- to GEB. read more

Full disclosure: I had nothing to do with selecting this shop for repairs...my daughter's car was hit and she took it there for repairs on her own, based on the advice of her insurance carrier. I saw photos of the front fender and driver-door damage and went with her to pick it up when it was ready. I looked the panel alignment over carefully and also the paint match. I plan to bring future work to this shop. The process was as painless as a smashed car can be, and there were no comebacks for this repair. A short digression: I had previously used another established shop years ago on 8 Mile Road in Farmington and liked their first repair, but a subsequent job in 2015 was paint-matched so poorly and with multiple comebacks (not to mention breaking off the mounting tabs of the front instrument paknee panel that was cheeseballed back together with a glue gun after I told them that throwing the piece into the passenger footwell at delivery was unacceptable) that I have been keeping my eyes open for their replacement since that time. I think I have found that replacement in GEB. Nice work on my daughter's car, guys. Looking forward to bringing my next project to you. Update, June 2020: I brought my wife's Jeep in to have a new aftermarket off-road bumper installed. Very reasonable price on labor and one-day turnaround. Thanks, GEB!! read more

This was my second time using this shop. The work was still nice but the customer service rep was unnecessarily snarky EVERY time I had to deal with him. Very unpleasant experience and am looking for recommendations in case we ever need work done again. I certainly won't go back here read more

Literally the nicest group of people and fair pricing! Dwayne really went the extra mile for me and I will definitely be going to them with any future repairs! read more

Geoff and the crew at GEB Collision did a great job on my bumper replacement. Service was fast, friendly & convenient to my schedule. When I picked my car up, I was pleasantly surprised to find it cleaned inside & out as well! This family-owned/ operated shop is a pleasure to deal with & is highly recommended! read more

I do not usually write reviews but I am absolutely impressed with GEB collision! Its SO hard to find a place you can trust that does excellent work and will not take advantage of you as a customer! This is that place! They fixed my 2015 Kia optima (entire front end bumper) car this morning perfectly and the owner is extremely honest and reasonable. My son has also taken his 2007 mustang here and he said it looked like it came right from the factory when he picked it up, and that the owner was very accommodating, honest and very reasonable. I COULDN'T be happier with this collision shop. They are very trustworthy and do amazing work. I VERY highly recommend GEB collision. read more

I took my son's car in for a minor repair of his seatbelts. He was heading back to college the next day so it was a rush job. The office staff did not think they would have time to get to it on Friday but I got a call at 2:30 letting me know it was finished. Before I went to GEB I went to Ford and they could not even see the car until the following week. GEB was great and I highly recommend them! read more

GEB did a great job on my Truck. They were fast and courteous and I was able to get my car done in less than 45 minutes. Even though it was a minor collision they treated me as if it was a major one knowing every vehicle is a priority to the owner. read more

My 2000 Camaro window needed to be aligned and it took them only 1/2 hr and at their minimal inspection charge. I am definitely going back. Only way I can thank them is by writing this review. read more

I went into G.E.B. Collision, Inc., yesterday, to get an estimate for damage that happen to my car in a parking lot, while parked. I was a little apprehensive @ 1st because the man that waited on me was a man of few words. (Sorry I forget his name, but won't forget his face!) As we walked out to my car to look @ the damage, I let him know that I knew the damage was minor, but w/it being a brand new car I just didn't like it. As he examined the damage he chipped @ the scratch (which was the full length of the door) w/his thumb nail, which made me cringe & then he did the same to the bumper, said "OK" & walked inside. Once we were inside he asked me for my keys & then left w/them. 15/20 minutes later he came back & said "It's done." We walked out to the car & sure enough it was done! He showed me that it was the paint from the other car (or something) in both places & all that needed to be done was to be buffed out! I asked him if he wanted my name & insurance information & he said "Nope, have a great day!" I could have kissed him! LOL! Seriously, I have only had my car a couple months! It hasn't even had its 1st oil change yet, & to walk in there, as a woman, by myself & get such great customer service & they did not even want some sort of payment, I almost cried! They just won a customer for life! read more

I was impressed with the honesty and straight forwardness at this shop. I had a minor repair needing done on my truck and the estimate took about ten minutes. They even offered to find used parts to save me some bucks. read more

I took my prized 86 Chevy C10 here after a little driver-side damage. I am admittedly very particular about who works on my car, and after being referred here by my mechanics at Painless Auto I took their word. We got off to a rough start trying to find replacement parts for a car my age, but we got through it and all-in-all the work they did was great. Good attention to detail as well, my truck looks like it was never damaged at all. read more

GEB Collision is THE #1 collision shop in Michigan. I have had them work on my vehicles for several years and I am always impressed with the beautiful work that they do, the quick turn around , getting the job done and getting the vehicle back to me. They are professional , personable, and go above and beyond the call of duty. That means so much to me. After business hours, I locked myself out of my house. I knew the only way in was a locksmith or the garage door opener in the vehicle they were working on. To make a long story short, Jeff; met me at the shop and I was able to get into my home that night . Not only do I have their Biz number, but thier personal number as well..just in case of such emergencies.Jeff, I thank you so much. And you have a lifelong customer, friend :) read more

Had my car repaired by G.E.B after a parking lot hit. We have been taking our cars to Geoff for over 20 years. They gave me rides both ways , to and from the shop to drop off and pick up the car. The car took a day longer than anticipated , but the work was flawless. That is what matters most. Geoff fixed a couple other things for free. Thanks Again Dan read more

I recently took my car in and can say this shop is, by far, the best place I have ever used. The price was excellent, the work done was outstanding and the people were exceptional. The owner, Geoff, is totally honest, kind and runs an amazing business. It has my highest recommendation. They completed the work quickly - in one day - and it was perfect. Susan read more

My work truck needed the rear bumper pulled down about an inch for it to clear the tailgate. From years of minor collisions the metal bumper had moved up and would scrape the paint off the tailgate every time you opened and closed it. I called at 9am to explain the situation. They were very professional and said I would need to bring it in for them to see it in person. I brought it to the shop by 11am and they had it fixed by 1:30pm. I'm sure that timing is a bit lucky but I will surely be back the next time their services are needed. Their price was very reasonable and within their estimate. They are very impressive for the industry they're in which is notoriously questionable. read more

I sent my car here because it was referred by my insurance company after a collision. They kept my car for 8 weeks. They kept making excuses why the work was not done, and saying they were waiting on original ford parts to get in. When I finally got my car back, the engine overheated. Why would an engine over heat on a 2014 ford escape in negative temperatures in February? Oh, because GEB collision didn't install my fan properly. The owner told me how great the car drove, and that all the repairs had been made. Two months later, the car wouldn't accelerate. I took it to Brighton ford. It turns out, my transmission plate was broken in the collision. Geb missed it. Now I need a new trans. The dealership also informed me that it was one of the shoddiest repairs they've ever seen. I'm missing original ford parts from my car, and none of the parts they used to repair my car are factory. Do not use or trust geb collision. "Six months of car repair hell" should be their logo. read more

I have taken several of my cars to GEB for collision work. I like that I have a trustworthy place to go.

Excellent customer service!! Jeff set us at ease. Jeff set us up with a schedule and stuck to it everything went great. He let us go in the back and see the progress of our truck. We would recommend them to everyone!! read more

This was my second time visiting G E B collision. Each time was a great experience and I swear, I will only go to them for any bodywork needs. I left my car there over the weekend while I was out of town. They finished it by the time I returned, as promised. They walked me through every part that needed to be ordered and did what they could to re-use any parts that weren't absolutely necessary to replace. It saved me hundreds! My car was FILTHY when I dropped it off to them... It was a pleasant surprise to see they had even cleaned the interior of my car after the exterior work was done. This place is a family-run business and that definitely shows in the way that they treat their customers. Their work is top-notch and although I've heard some feedback that they're on the pricier side, as I mentioned before, I feel like they do what they can to save their customers as much money as possible. I'd recommend this business to anyone with bodywork needs. read more

I took my Audi to G.E.B. for repairs after my car was rear-ended. Geoff took great care of my car, was able to get all new Audi parts (insurance quoted only refurbished parts), provided me a loaner, and even did some extra touch-ups on scratches. Top-notch customer service and impeccable workmanship. read more

I was so impressed with GEB that I felt it worth taking the time to write this review. I rarely write reviews and when I do, it's usually when a business has made me mad with poor service. I'm happy to say just the opposite is true in this case. I'm recently retired and money is tight (I was paying for the work myself.) and the unplanned expense of a car repair was stressful. Not only did GEB give me one of the lowest cost estimates, they offered to do the work in the shortest time and offered a free loaner, as well. Frankly NO body shop I've EVER dealt with finished the job on time, so I was skeptical. But since they gave me a free loaner, I wasn't concerned with how long it would take. The loaner was far from new, but looked good, was clean and ran well. I was literally shocked when the work was done on time. They did a fine job and even cleaned my car, inside and out. The courtesy of everyone I dealt with, including Geoff the owner, was great and made dealing with a stressful process as easy as possible. read more
