i have been using this car wash for years and never had a problem until Wednesday of this week. As…read moresoon as i saw the gouges that were put on my car i took it up there to show the attendant . she tells me " no one else has complained about it so she can guarantee that it didn't happen there‍ well i can guarantee it did happen there, the whole back half of my car was replaced by a rear end accident. After reading other reviews and seeing similar comments. It must be a script they learn working at the zax car wash to deny all responsibility. The car wash itself was horrible, very little soap, the foam strips dragged in clumps across the roof of my car, my car looked worse after the supposed wash. At least before the car wash the dirt was even and there weren't gouges in the black plastic and tailgate. i paid for a $24 for an ultimate plus tip to damage my car. Never again.

I received good work on my vehicle in the past, however, this is no longer the case. One of the…read morerepairs Scott did is to replace the accessory drive belt, idler and tensioner pulleys. This resolved the belt noise issue and I was happy with his work. About 8 months later and approx 8,000 mi,I noticed the noise return. I returned the car to Scott and he found the belt tensioner, which is connected to the tensioner pulley needed to be replaced. He charged me $45.00 diagnosis fee and said the repair this time would be $305. I really wondered why this wasn't done with the first repair since this is a normaly replaced with belt. I took the vehicle to another repair stop instead witch charged me $ 135. To replace the belt tensioner. I will never return to Auto Excellece again and if you care about your vehicle, you won't either.
